Mr. Cashman provided me with extensive free legal consultation in dealing with a particular "copyright troll". All I can say is please do your due diligence when dealing with these people, particularly hiring "settlement factory" attorneys. Also, please read all of Mr. Cashman's articles on his website concerning copyright trolls. It's a treasure trove of great information. Even though I didn't end up retaining Mr. Cashman for his services due to me being in another State, I would definitely recommend him if you're in Texas.

Hands down the best law firm! This is my 1st time going through the court system and I was facing 2 felony charges from the same incident. I needed to make sure that I had the best lawyers by my side. Through extensive research and going through reviews, I am so thankful I came across Austin Hagee Law Firm. Kyra and Austin handled my cases and they made an extremely stressful situation less stressful. From the beginning, Mr. Hagee reassured me that they will handle everything for me and to not worry. My husband was injured on the job about three years, ago which led to his leg being amputated at first, we thought we'd be able to handle workman's comp on our own. That changed quickly we decided to consult with an attorney but ultimately ended up hiring Joseph Bedoy. I feel that was our best decision , because we had no clue how long of a process this would be. Our experience was great he answered all of our questions and explained them in terms we would understand. communication was key when we set out to find an attorney and Mr. Bedoy exceeded that. He was quick to respond to emails and or phone calls sending copies of my husband medical records and making sure work comp was doing their part. Overall we had a great experience! Dealing with an injury and then the unbelievable bureaucracy of the OWCP is daunting. After a quick check of reviews I picked Andrew Douglas without much thought. How fortunate was I that I did.
I paid a retainer and he filed my paperwork in a timely manner. He never seemed rushed and took his time hearing my case and preparing my case.
OWCP denied it time and again, seemingly without even looking at it.
Months and months went by and he still continued to contact me, worked with me on monthly payments when I was destitute and couldn't work.
I was ready to give up and he offered to file a shot in the dark appeal.
Over a year later they responded and granted it.
I'm still battling with OWCP over medical, but it's a lot easier now that I have the compensation I deserved.
His empathy towards me and tenaciousness with OWCP gave me the will to keep going with the case, and honestly helped to keep me from drowning in the depression of the physical, mental and financial ruin I was in.
I hate that I'm writing this after the case was resolved, as it was my intention to do it long before. I would have left the exact same review of his services even if OWCP had denied the appeal.
My experience is that OWCP cares nothing for us federal workers, but I have felt from day one that Andrew Douglas does.

I have got to say working with Mr. Abbott was different than others lawyers I have delt with in the past. He doesn't act flashy and he always calls me back, even though it may take him a day to call, he always did. When I came to him I wasn't getting comp like I should and we had to go to a hearing.
