Charged me $225 for sending one email that took no longer than 10 minutes to compose. Tried to convince me that my divorce decree needed to be revised even though my ex and I agree on it. I would not recommend him.
- take his response as proof. He mentioned a case completely unrelated to the review. Just another attorney who’s hungry for your money and will tell you that you need an attorney for the simplest of things.

I cannot express in words how much David Corbett helped me. The Law Firm of Blair T. Jones is a true blessing. As the defendant, my process was made very simple and I was constantly at ease. Most lawyers are known to be unreachable, but Blair is always available to you with no extra charge. He’s more than willing to answer any questions you may come up with during this process. His services are also extremely affordable compared to anyone else. Not only was he able to get my Class C Misdemeanor dismissed, he was able to convince them to drop the charge entirely! I do not believe another attorney would have been able to do this for me. This Firm stays on top of things, and they really do put a lot of care into each of their clients. I was referred to Blair by a good friend. He talked to me about my case at 9:30 on a Sunday night!! When I met him he was extremely nice and made me feel completely comfortable and I had no problem telling him everything. He worked out a payment plan with me and assured me that if he couldn't get the case dismissed that we would beat the case in trial!! His confidence and knowledge of the law along with his friendly nature is definitely admirable!!! Ryan recently settled a personal injury case for me. I was somewhat hesitant to retain an attorney (as I never had before), but was so glad that I didn't attempt to handle the situation myself. The process involved working with multiple defendants and insurance companies - which would have been extremely time-consuming and frustrating to navigate independently - but none of those factors intimidated Ryan at all. Ryan took the time to explain all of my options to me whenever there were decisions to be made on the case. In the end, he negotiated a fair settlement for me. Having Ryan as my advocate allowed me to rest, recover, then move on with my life, instead of dealing with the stress and hassle of fighting for fair compensation on my own.

I have worked with Ryan on a number of issues. He is always honest and fair and often has taken less than his dues when he could have taken a lot more for payment. I contacted Mr. Olsen when I left my old place of employment because they shorted my last paycheck for reasons they did not wish to share with me. Lindy attorney handled my personal injury lawsuit where I was not at fault. When the car accident occurred, I contacted attorneys I knew through my line of work for a referral, and multiple attorneys referred me to Lindy and said she was a bulldog. That proved true. Don’t call someone from a sign, because they don’t have the experience and you’d only be a statistic to them. Lindy educates the client on their options, directs them correctly, and handles everything on the back end to relieve all the stress. The day I retained her, the insurance companies were no longer allowed to hassle me. She is the legal shield and knows what she is doing. In my dicusssions with her, she seems to have more knowledge about personal injury than some doctors! She exemplifies fill confidence and is also a good trial attorney. While being in the middle of an overwhelming situation, any personal injury client of Lindy’s is going to completely taken care of. Because of Lindy’s expertise, her ability to make the client feel entirely comfortable, and her strength in dealing with both the car insurance companies and the medical insurance companies, I would confidently put Lindy up for being the legal counsel for any personal injury client. I’m sure that her non-personal injury clients would feel the same.

Not impressed. I only dealt with a paralegal that informed me I had a case and provided other “legal advice.” Now a complete 360 degree turn around that requires me to do all the leg work. I was really hoping to get some help- response: several options? I did provide MRI and other documentation. You obviously didn’t review too thoroughly. Your office told me to send all this after my claim was denied.

My divorce lawyer referred me to John to help me file for chapter 13 bankruptcy with getting most of the debt in the divorce. John is a great guy and is honest for the most part. His office is a different story I feel they unorganized when it comes to keeping track of paperwork & a few grammar lessons with spelling in paperwork being submitted to the court could be handy but nobody's perfect so no big deal. I think John did what he could with my case, but I think he could have advised me better with a few things. I was utter shock when a week before my confirmation the trustees office wanted to double my payment. It seemed John was in favor of me to forward with this & I felt very uncomfortable to do this. My debt was under $30k and with doubling my payment i would have paid about $60k after 5yrs of payments , it didn't make any sense at all. I guess it all depends on your situation and I am sure John could help if can. I just feel he is a people pleaser for the most part.

I was never charged more than I was told. John is a great attorney and even more important he is personable, supportive and understanding he cares about his clients. Hired for a wrongful termination lawsuit. I was advised from the beginning to ask for a settlement for less than my employer had already offered me.
The communication was terrible. After 7 months with no progress I have finally moved to another attorney.
I thought for months that the employer was unresponsive. It turned out that they were responding timely but it was at times taking over a month for Jason to communicate their messages to me.
I'm not sure what I paid for. I ended up writing the demand letter myself and presented all ideas with the case.
The final slap in the face is when the final invoice came, I was charged for time "responding to emails". Turns out, these were emails to me that I had sent over and over again following up on the status of my case. So I was billed for time in responding to me telling me reasons why I hadn't been responded to. I mentioned this to him, but of course, no refund for this "time" I paid for.
I was told he is a good attorney, but takes on too much to be productive. That was my experience... always felt like a burden and no time invested in my case.

I would not recommend this law firm. There was little to no communication with me about my case. I was not respresented in the way I should have been in my workers comp case and an appeal was never filed. Worst experience I have ever had with a lawyer. 3 years of my life wasted. Phillip Shell is the last person I would recommend to anyone to handle legal matters. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star, but had to in order to leave a review. I had to call a lawyer at another lawyer firm to even find out what was really going on with my workers comp case.
