I got rear ended while driving to work by a non-US driver who was driving a budget rental car with their insurance. It was a weird situation as the non-US driver wasn’t speaking much English and just gave his rental insurance number. For days together, they did not contact me back or returned my calls. These rental insurance are difficult to deal with. A friend suggested to contact Michael Ely and the way Mr Ely handled my case has been exceptional. I felt very comfortable after Michael took charge of my case. The case went slow but Michael & I were very patient and he had everything under control. He regularly updated me and I was so glad. He was responsive to my emails and always looked at the best interest of his client.

Mr. Loewy assisted my family when my minor son was injured by a broken door at a hotel when we were traveling in Texas. He was up front and very personable. His assistant, Laura, worked to keep us informed and communicated very well. I have dealt with many lawyers in my life and I can honestly say that Adam Loewy is among the best. He actually cared and showed a personal interest that my son received a fair and honest settlement. Adam came recommended from a family friend. I was in a life altering car accident and Adam was able to help me through the insurance nightmare. He was able to get me results and quickly. He exhausted all possible outlets to try and get me the most for my pain and suffering.
As a small business owner, I had to take time off of work which was costly to my business. He was a true asset in giving advice on the situation and laid out the possible courses of action. He made my job easy - and took the guess work out of the process. Throughout the process he was easily accessible.
My only gripe is that I wish he explained the steps more clearly as this was my first time going through a traumatic experience that required the services of a lawyer. Although I hope I never have to go through anything like this again, I know if I do I will not hesitate to give Adam and Laura a call. I highly recommend Ramos and James Law Firm. I first contacted them after snowmageddon 2021 when I slipped on the ice and broke my wrist at a hotel. Many of the attorneys I contacted, did not handle slip and falls. Ramos and James took my case and sent me a contract to sign through my email. The entire process was completed with me living in another state. My attorney was friendly and professional and prepared me very well before depositions and mediations until I could confidently face the opposing attorney. He was kind and empathetic. The law firm sent me text messages and emails to communicate questions and keep me up to date on the proceedings. The best part about them is that even though it was a somewhat difficult case, from the very beginning, they were able to get me a settlement that went a long way towards making me feel better about the time I lost from work and my family while recovering from my injury.

I want to highly recommend Andrew Traub for doing such a great job on my case. I was always informed of the status of my case. He helped me get some chiropractic treatment which was very important because I was injured. He is extremely dedicated to getting you the best settlement possible. After an accident with a semi truck I engaged Briggle Polan to assist me through the process. They were communicative, friendly, helpful and supportive throughout. They dealt with the other insurance carrier with ease despite the folks at that carrier being difficult (understatement). Andrea, one of the paralegals, was always available for a question or concern. In the end it all worked out. My car was repaired, my bills were paid, and that was my primary goal from the start.

Parker was instrumental in getting the best outcome possible, all charges were dismissed! I was facing very serious criminal charges and never having faced any criminal charges before, he informed me of all that I was up against and all the possible outcomes. The legal process was pretty long but he was able to respond either by phone calls or emails and keep me up to date with the progression of my case. He was able to get all my charges DISMISSED, including a Felony! This was not a typical outcome for what I was facing and I can’t say enough to thank him for getting my life back on track. I was interduce to Mr. Lavorato from a very good dear friend of mine. I explain to Mr. Lavorato my situation a little over phone to him, he ask could I come into his office and meet with him. Just walking into his office gave me a relax feeling, I have a conversation with him and he stated that he would have to run this across the other members of the staff and will get back with me, and he did the same day. I was fighting this for four months and everyone kept on closing the door in my face as if I done something wrong. Mr.Lavorato said something to me that really set me at ease, he said (I don't like to see when someone do someone wrong) He never pointed that finger at me he just listen and took action. If I ever need an attorney again I will seek his advise and direction. He is the best.

I am so thankful for an amazing, honest, caring, and talented person such as Chris and his ability as an attorney. So I was riding my bike to work and some lady hit me with her car. I got in contact with these guys and they handled all of the details of my case quickly, and answered any questions I had along the way. After all was said and done Briggle and Polan handled all of the hassles that come with accidents,medical bills, and all that jazz. Not to mention they got me an awesome insurance settlement. Joe is more than a lawyer, he's a compassionate lawyer. The insurance company denied liability for my accident. I was released by another attorney and hired Joe. He fought the insurance company and sued on my behalf. After filing suit, Joe revealed that the defendant had contradicting stories about how the accident occurred. After this revelation, Joe got me more than I ever expected for my accident.

When we started expanding our construction business statewide we were very fortunate to meet Mr. George. He was referred to us from the bank that was providing the financing for our work and also from our accountants. The bigger our company grew, the more sucessful we became, the more we found people, that did not want to pay us. One strategy to beat us out of our money, was to sue us for "Deceptive Trade". I was wrongfully accused of speeding and given a ticket...I was REALLY innocent!! Anyway, a lawyer friend suggested Andrew and I hired him to fight for me; he did!! My case went to trial the first time, and there was actually a hung jury. Andrew assured me that he could win for me, and when we went back to court the second time....he did!!!! I received a speeding ticket after a City of Houston police office misread my speed using an unapproved method of speed detection. Andrew took my case, and immediately went to work trying to convince an aggressive volunteer prosecutor was my ticketing officer was in the wrong. When she refused, Andrew took us to trial, and prosecutor did not get her win that day. When she attempted to waste taxpayer money by taking an unwinnable case to trial for a second time, Andrew worked hard to let her boss know the circumstances, and my ticket was immediately dismissed.
Andrew was extremely knowledgeable, zealous, and very competitively priced. But most importantly to me, and important to any person who becomes a criminal defendant, Andrews was in constant communication with me. He went out of his way to explain the intricacies of my case to me, let me know at which stage of trial my case was, and would immediately follow up with me any time he had new information from the prosecutor's office.
Andrew took a very confusing and unsettling situation, and made it understandable, was a friend through the entire process, and at the end of the day, got us the win.
