First off: if you are reading this, you are going to be okay. Nothing you’ve faced before will have this much doubt, this much unclear, this much worry, this much regret, this many differing social opinions, this much stress. But, it’s able to be lived through, and you will make it.
Lisa, Madison, and Allison at Thompson, Salinas, and Londergan stayed by my side through the darkest mental days that felt never ending, and through the confusion that often felt sideways and unpredictable, and even insanely upside down at times. Each always took the time, and helped maintain the bottom line when there seemed to be no line in existence. And Lisa, Madison, and Allison all brought differing styles and tones to their counseling that separately created a holistic comfort, and especially at the times that were most needed. Divorce is about a beginning too, and that’s easy to forget and not constantly look back: Lisa, Madison, and Allison each found a way to remind of that even when that was the furthest from what was possible.
They have my highest recommendation. Please have the best of luck, and hopefully peace is found shortly if you are reading this.

Very poor customer service and coordination I was threatened by Rupa Ramp that if we didn’t agree to meet at a location I wanted to pick which is close to my work in certain minutes time frame to respond that they won’t meet or change location although we had enough time to coordinate, zero coordinating or meeting half way!!

I got rear ended while driving to work by a non-US driver who was driving a budget rental car with their insurance. It was a weird situation as the non-US driver wasn’t speaking much English and just gave his rental insurance number. For days together, they did not contact me back or returned my calls. These rental insurance are difficult to deal with. A friend suggested to contact Michael Ely and the way Mr Ely handled my case has been exceptional. I felt very comfortable after Michael took charge of my case. The case went slow but Michael & I were very patient and he had everything under control. He regularly updated me and I was so glad. He was responsive to my emails and always looked at the best interest of his client.

Mr. Loewy assisted my family when my minor son was injured by a broken door at a hotel when we were traveling in Texas. He was up front and very personable. Adam came recommended from a family friend. I was in a life altering car accident and Adam was able to help me through the insurance nightmare. He was able to get me results and quickly. He exhausted all possible outlets to try and get me the most for my pain and suffering.
As a small business owner, I had to take time off of work which was costly to my business. He was a true asset in giving advice on the situation and laid out the possible courses of action. He made my job easy - and took the guess work out of the process. Throughout the process he was easily accessible.
My only gripe is that I wish he explained the steps more clearly as this was my first time going through a traumatic experience that required the services of a lawyer. I highly recommend Ramos and James Law Firm. I first contacted them after snowmageddon 2021 when I slipped on the ice and broke my wrist at a hotel. Many of the attorneys I contacted, did not handle slip and falls. Ramos and James took my case and sent me a contract to sign through my email. The entire process was completed with me living in another state. My attorney was friendly and professional and prepared me very well before depositions and mediations until I could confidently face the opposing attorney. He was kind and empathetic. The law firm sent me text messages and emails to communicate questions and keep me up to date on the proceedings. The best part about them is that even though it was a somewhat difficult case, from the very beginning, they were able to get me a settlement that went a long way towards making me feel better about the time I lost from work and my family while recovering from my injury.

I was interduce to Mr. Lavorato from a very good dear friend of mine. I explain to Mr. Lavorato my situation a little over phone to him, he ask could I come into his office and meet with him. Just walking into his office gave me a relax feeling, I have a conversation with him and he stated that he would have to run this across the other members of the staff and will get back with me, and he did the same day. I was fighting this for four months and everyone kept on closing the door in my face as if I done something wrong. Mr.Lavorato said something to me that really set me at ease, he said (I don't like to see when someone do someone wrong) He never pointed that finger at me he just listen and took action. I am so thankful for an amazing, honest, caring, and talented person such as Chris and his ability as an attorney. He is so professional, and I’m just grateful that I am no longer being put in a bad or dangerous or abusive situation where I was being unfairly attacked, treated, and harassed in a professional environment ALL THANKS TO CHRIS intervening as my attorney.. There is laws against such behavior and Chris was able to stop ALL this bogus weird harassment toward me with his swift action. Joe is more than a lawyer, he's a compassionate lawyer. The insurance company denied liability for my accident. I was released by another attorney and hired Joe. He fought the insurance company and sued on my behalf. After filing suit, Joe revealed that the defendant had contradicting stories about how the accident occurred. After this revelation, Joe got me more than I ever expected for my accident.

I was wrongfully accused of speeding and given a ticket...I was REALLY innocent!! Anyway, a lawyer friend suggested Andrew and I hired him to fight for me; he did!! I received a speeding ticket after a City of Houston police office misread my speed using an unapproved method of speed detection. Andrew took my case, and immediately went to work trying to convince an aggressive volunteer prosecutor was my ticketing officer was in the wrong. When she refused, Andrew took us to trial, and prosecutor did not get her win that day. When she attempted to waste taxpayer money by taking an unwinnable case to trial for a second time, Andrew worked hard to let her boss know the circumstances, and my ticket was immediately dismissed.
Andrew was extremely knowledgeable, zealous, and very competitively priced. But most importantly to me, and important to any person who becomes a criminal defendant, Andrews was in constant communication with me. He went out of his way to explain the intricacies of my case to me, let me know at which stage of trial my case was, and would immediately follow up with me any time he had new information from the prosecutor's office.
Andrew took a very confusing and unsettling situation, and made it understandable, was a friend through the entire process, and at the end of the day, got us the win.

Although Michelle Cheng was always professional and responsive, I felt she could have been a lot more aggressive with our case. I feel as though she settled and gave advice based on prior cases and scenarios. Our doctor had admitted his guilt, so had she been more demanding and aggressive, we could have possibly received more.
