Lewis & Feldman, LLC, is incredible! Mr. Jon Lewis, took my case, and treated me like I was his only client and as though my case was personal to him. I truly felt cared for. Two other attorneys rejected my case... they said it wouldn't be worth the time and trouble. But Mr. Lewis, never gave up on me!
I was never inconvenienced to come in to the office over and over again. He handled so many of my questions and problems through email, and not once acted like I was too much for him. He answered emails and questions very quickly, even at night and on weekends! He made certain that all of my questions were answered, and that the answers were understandable and clear.
He also went to great lengths to explain the system, and what to expect next. He handled all of the communication between me and the other party, so I never had to feel intimidated or worried about them.
My case ended in a way that was very satisfactory to me and left me feeling like I mattered and that my issue was of great importance.
I will recommend Mr. Lewis, and Lewis and Feldman LLC, to anyone I know that is looking for an attorney!! He is the best, hands down!

Danny Feldman helped me navigate and avoid some early pitfalls dealing with two insurance companies regarding Underinsured Motorist (UIM) and Bodily Injury (BI) insurance. I suffered a pretty tragic injury, and with less than a clear head, I was trying to deal with these companies. My own insurance company lied to me about how UIM works and the amount of money available.
Danny took the time and communicated with me about the process and came to a better than expected settlement between the two automotive insurance companies and my personal health insurance - who had footed the bill for my care.
I highly recommend this firm if you find yourself in need of representation. For my case, I had nothing out of pocket.

As a fellow attorney, I recognize good legal work and good law office customer service. Attorney Rice has given my referrals excellent service. I've attended some of the hearings and note that attorney Rice recieves great respect from court personell. He is thourough with his preparation and discusses the case consistently with the client. Attorney Rice also helps the client with other issues following concluding issues with the court - which he is not required to do. He is approachable and is very good at making the client understand the possible outcomes and how to prepare. I am very pleased in how he reprrsents my referred clients.

Rip Andrews is a young brilliant attorney. He took my case and breathed life into it. He connected with the jurors with his opening statement and never lost them. He was respectful to the other side but never failed to fight for me when required. He took input from me and incorporated it into the arguments when necessary using his own words. He maintains composure and is level headed. If you have a legitament case, I highly recommend Rip. He can make the difference you need. He will make old school lawyers look like buffoons. At least he did in my case.

Mr. Andrews is a very professional and thorough. He was upfront with me regarding the difficulties of my case, and advised as to my options. Throughout the preparations/information gathering he was genuinely interested in what I had to report, and advised the best course of action based upon the facts I presented and those that were uncovered during research. The injury case for my wife and I has just reached the two year mark. All we have asked for is communication. We fully understand these things can take years.
Our first attorney was not one to communicate. We had to email or call for updates. We requested a new attorney, and after multiple requests, they finally agreed.
With our new attorney, we again asked for communication. Call us every 30 days or so, even if it is to say there is no change. Unfortunately, we were put on a one-way street with this attorney as well.
On 10/14/24, we sent an email since the two year mark for a lawsuit had to be filled on or before 10/21/24. On 10/16/24, we received an email from our attorneys assistant with the complaint filing to review before they submitted it. In our view, this seemed to be cutting it pretty close. What if we had not checked in and sent the reminder on 10/14/24 about the filing date?
As a side note, I have been unable to work now due to the spinal injuries sustained in the accident. I emailed our attorney about assistance with filing for SSDI, and again, there was no answer. Called their 800 number and advised that we had an open injury case but needed help with SSDI. They turned us down as I am not 49 years old or older. Currently, I am 48 and turn 49 in March 2025, 5 months away.
This long, drawn-out review comes down to one word, communication, and the lack of it.

Thanks to Dan Crane who took my case and got me a settlement that I thought I would never get and got me 10 times what I hope I would get. He is the most honest person I have ever meet. Some lawyers that I talked to talked down to me like I didn't anything to them but not Dan he is a regular guy and treats you like you were his friend not just a client. Mr.Derek helped me out alot not one but on two occasions, he fought my case where I first I had wanted to give up on it but he found a way. I called to speak with someone in regards to my tenant-landlord situation. The intake lady, listened and then said…well I’m gonna tell you upfront it’s $300-$400/hr to speak with an attorney. Okay? And? Did I inquire about the price? Obviously I wasn’t looking for pro-bono work or I wouldn’t have called THIS law firm. She said it might be a little too costly and that I should call my other lawyer back. Wowwwwwww. Thanks. And to think someone referred this place to me.
