Tyler is awesome. I reached out to Tyler to assist me with my motor vehicle accident injury based on the Google reviews. I felt very reassured I was going to be in good hands based on my consultation with Tyler. He is very responsive. It’s very reassuring to know you don’t have to wait days to hear back from your attorney. Tyler was always in office when I called and he is quicker with emails if you decided to email instead. Tyler definitely fought and represented me until the end, and I can’t say I was ever disappointed choosing him as my legal attorney. I had the pleasure of working with Heather Boutet regarding my vehicle's collision, and I can't imagine a better outcome than what Parker Scheer was able to provide. Their communication was excellent, and they demonstrated incredible competence. Heather always made sure to keep me updated as she communicated between insurance companies and advocated for my claim. Heather Boutet did an outstanding job pursuing and getting a settlement for me. I was a victim of a car crash. The insurance company for the responsible party wasn’t cooperating. Ms. Boutet did research, figured out what the problem was on their end, and confronted them. When they still didn’t step up, she aggressively pursued a higher settlement. And got it! Marc was there for my family in the darkest time in our life. Tragedy struck our family suddenly after a minor hospital procedure ended in the loss of my husband's life. Marc Breakstone provided more comfort and a peace of mind than I could have ever imagined. A little over a year ago, I was in a very serious taxi accident as a passenger- and almost 5 months pregnant. I was petrified for the health of my baby. I was completely overwhelmed with having to undergo a spinal fusion because my back was broken over several L sections. And I had an 11 month old at home that I could no longer take care of on my own. We had literally just bought a house 5 months before, and that accident literally caused my family's world to crumble. And if you are in a similar boat, you can relate- I have never felt so helpless and depressed, I needed to find a lawyer ASAP that I could trust with the well being and future security of my family. I was literally boggled of where to begin, as I have never been involved in a law suit before. And insurance contracts/ lingo/ etc was just so foreign to me. I found 4 lawyers total that I read reviews on from the internet OR was recommended by family friends. I found Marc on some Google search- and that made me a tad nervous because I am a little more "old school" than that. However, I called his office and after speaking to him directly ( which was literally about 5 min after I called, he returned my message )....I instantly felt at ease with him. There is something about his personality that is very direct, yet patient with explaining options/ the law/ advice. Marc was also willing to talk to my husband and a family friend who has legal background from another state trying to help me. So, I conservatively met with him and 3 other lawyers in person, and Marc was the only one I felt was both "down to earth" and at the same time extremely aggressive/passionate when it came to ensuring that my claim was heard properly by the parties concerned. We chose Marc to represent me, and I am SO HAPPY we did. Let me tell you this- If you want somebody that is approachable- choose Marc. If you want someone who will fight for you like he has known you for your whole life, choose Marc. And if you understand that you need someone who is that bit aggressive/confident in making his point, on your behalf, choose Marc. My husband felt that Marc would be a "lion in the ring " for us. Also, I want to add that I live in NYC...I was hit in MA during a weekend away. So I was nervous having the distance away from someone who is representing me. If by chance that is you- dont worry about it. Marc is literally so accessible. I also dont feel like I could write this review without mentioning- Christine Roberts. Marc's executive assistant is a rock star. She reflects his standards of extreme professionalism with a streak of warmth. I could keep writing about all the positive experiences I had along the way with Marc, but I will sum it up this way. A very hormonal pregnant woman, with a baby at home, was hit by a taxi and had to undergo a 7 hour spinal fusion surgery, learn how to walk again, and deal with the pain of the accident/surgery thoughout her pregnancy while accepting the fact she could no longer lift her one year old at home, bathe him, clean up after him etc. ** I am writing this review about one year from the accident and post settlement. I am still so incredibly emotional about that night and everything that happened....But I am still a bit proud that during this complete disaster and at times, what I honestly thought was depression and a breakdown mentally, I was still able to see that Marc would fight for me. And he did. And he will for you. He is just so passionate about his job...and you will come to see glimpses of his personal life that you know this is just a good guy. I look at my daughter now and I thank god for my neuro team, my OB team, and my lawyer. While my doctors really provided such wonderful physical care...Marc was really there as a rock- I let put all my anxiety on his shoulders and he delivered back a secure future. He will forever be part of our family story now.

I hired Marc after another lawyer wasn't really spending the time or attention to my case that I felt comfortable with. When I spoke to Marc the very first time on the phone, I thought, "This guy is tough and attentive!" From our first conversation until the successful outcome of my mediations and settlement, I could not have asked for better, more thorough, and tough representation. I read a review on this very site and that lead me to Marc Breakstone. The positive things people say are right on the money. He told me to focus on my healing and health and leave the lawyering to him. I needed that assurance because I had 5 surgeries in just over a year, and was dealing with disability for the first time and I was in an enormous amount of pain. His strength allowed me to let it go and focus on my health. The case was settled in mediation and it was a very positive outcome. Thank you Marc, Christine Roberts and Reza Breakstone. I mearly called for a consultation, I don't know whether this attorney was having a bad day or something else is going on or perhaps he was preoccupied, but the level of attention to detail on a potential case Even if he was listening at all, yes I understand you couldn't even take the case yet you have a tactfully poor representation of your law firm. Once again so we can be clear Yes I understand yes !!!!! I understand your not going to be able to take the case nor do you have to provide reason but asking a general question of what my options are , should have been handled more appropriately . you offer free consultation. I respect the type of attorney that you can hear in their voice no matter what the answer is They were delighted to handle your situation as best as they possibly could have. I call it having a good bedside manner. Yet I was brutally disconnected cut off and left hanging and I guess that's how you tell the difference between a solid lawyer that gives a crap about his clients potential clients and ones that are just ambulance chasers wanting to make a quick buck. There are millions of lawyers on this site And you should be truly grateful that people decided to hire you to take on their cases . Because if it wasn't for them you wouldn't even have a practice . I'm not angry. I've served my country for 8 years in the United States Navy and the college graduate with the background and engineering . An I studied quite a bit of law I felt like it was being put down or something . Although I laugh it off because I have thick skin , give you no excuse to represent yourself in the form and fashion that you represented yourself to me . I'm just offering constructive criticism to you sir. With all due respect work on your bedside manner because it's pretty crappy .I rest my case with the situation.

The lawyers at this office actually care. They listened to me. I say "they" because I actually had a couple lawyers at the office working on my case, including attorney Sullivan himself. Their team approach is great, and I know they all listened to me because in court the litigation team mentioned every single thing I told them I was concerned about, and in a very precise and professional way. I was amazed by how well they were in front of the Judge. Needles to say, I won my case. Incredible! Great Law firm!

Attorney Itzkowitz represented me in a federal suit I filed against some major American corporations after I was raped on the grounds of an American owned hotel in the Cayman Islands 20 years ago. The case was poised to be a truly landmark case on many levels. At the zenith hour to the trial, it was settled out of court for a sum that helped me regain my life and belief in justice. I was literally homeless and had become disabled by my physical and psychic injuries. Although receiving no interest from the American press (except for a superb article in Layers Weekly) the settlement Mark facilitated made some global headlines. An article even appeared in newspapers in Japan. Mark Itzkowitz is a "super-lawyer" of Super Lawyers. His insight and brilliance regarding the international laws which impacted my case was astounding. Mark has also helped me in smaller family type matters since then. To say that John Dalimonte saved my life is an understatement. I thought that I was completely screwed -- but somehow I was lucky enough to get referred to John. Eric was referred to me in November 2013, and I am very thankful for the recommendation. Eric achieved a result where it seemed no result would be possible. It took 8 years of patience, grind and frustration but the result finally came. Distance proved to be no barrier (other than the time change between East Coast and Australia).

On two occasions, Counselor Finamore "saved my chestnuts" from the fire. Both times all he did was to make a phone call - just a phone call. But it was to the right person at the right time.
On one occasion, I sent Mr. Finamore a retainer check. He located important information which he conveyed to me quickly and efficiently.
Then . . . GET THIS . . . he returned my retainer! He helped me greatly and charged me not a farthing. INTEGRITY. Something missing in parts of America today. It is so refreshing to find a lawyer with great integrity who performs as he is asked.
My recommendation: 100%.

Attorney Light represented me on two occassions. I found him to be informative, knowledgeable and professional. Although I felt somewhat intimidated on our first meeting, the more I got to know him, the more I realized that he was looking out for my best interest.
One of my cases involved my teenage son and Mr, Light would make it a point to ask aout him. Mr. Light is the utmost professional but he is also a family man and he cared about my family and did everything in his power to assist me. I'm reading these reviews and wondering why our experiences were so vastly different from the experiences of many. Jordana was unresponsive, distracted during meetings and seemed to buddy up to the other party's attorney at our expense. The only upside of our experience was that she didn't charge us anything. Then again, she did nothing for us either, other than waste a lot of our time. Fortunately, we found another lawyer who was just perfect! But beware, it sounds like when Jordana is "on" she's great but when her heart isn't in it, she is awful.
