You can tell when someone loves their job. Not only is Mr. Broderick a great attorney, but he also has a great bedside manner. I became an actual client of Stephen Appolinsky by means of another attorney who sought out someone with expertise in wrongful death cases. I am so grateful to my first great attorney for referring me to another great attorney at the most difficult time of my life. My 19 year old vivacious firstborn daughter took her own life just hours after being released from the hospital. She had been taken to the hospital by ambulance after the police were called on her for attempting to harm herself. After being evaluated, the hospital released my daughter after several hours.
My lawyer, Steve, agreed that there was a measure of negligence and diligently addressed all of my concerns. He personally flew out to Michigan and met with me and many of my family and friends to collect interviews to help strengthen my case. Personal touches such as these coupled with his kind but professional demeanor made me feel as though being his client was a huge blessing.

Myrlin was invaluable in helping me through a difficult time. After my cycling accident, caused by an uncovered man-made hole on a city road, I suffered a serious shoulder injury. Because of the accident, I needed shoulder surgery. To my amazement, the city did not take responsibility for the uncovered man-made hole in the road. In fact, they just ignored my situation and that’s when Mrylin helped in a big way. Mrylin walked me through the process and made it easy. On the rare occasion when I needed to speak with him after hours, he never made me feel that I was imposing on his personal time. I hired this firm to handle a wrongful termination case, and it was a complete disaster. They initially assured me they would fight for my rights, but after taking my case, they went silent. I rarely received updates, and when I asked about the progress, I got vague answers and no real plan of action.
After more than a year of inaction, they suddenly dropped my case, claiming they couldn’t represent me anymore—right when deadlines were approaching. Their lack of professionalism and communication wasted valuable time and put my entire case in jeopardy.

I hired Attorney Glenn Stern to represent me back in November 2023. He was by far one of the most professional yet personable attorneys I have ever met. I could contact him anytime to ask for advice and he made himself available usually the same day I reached out to him.
