You can tell when someone loves their job. Not only is Mr. Broderick a great attorney, but he also has a great bedside manner. My 19 year old vivacious firstborn daughter took her own life just hours after being released from the hospital. She had been taken to the hospital by ambulance after the police were called on her for attempting to harm herself. After being evaluated, the hospital released my daughter after several hours.
My lawyer, Steve, agreed that there was a measure of negligence and diligently addressed all of my concerns. Myrlin was invaluable in helping me through a difficult time. After my cycling accident, caused by an uncovered man-made hole on a city road, I suffered a serious shoulder injury. Because of the accident, I needed shoulder surgery. To my amazement, the city did not take responsibility for the uncovered man-made hole in the road. In fact, they just ignored my situation and that’s when Mrylin helped in a big way. Mrylin walked me through the process and made it easy. On the rare occasion when I needed to speak with him after hours, he never made me feel that I was imposing on his personal time. I had a paid consultation which was very disappointing. I have no issue with the attorney saying I don't have a claim as that's his job. Where I take issue is being asked for supporting documentation and none of it being reviewed ahead of the call. I was then rushed through a complicated situation that displays long-term harassment and told there was nothing that could be done. I felt like I paid $415 and put together hours of documentation for nothing. It was disheartening to say the least.

I hired Attorney Glenn Stern to represent me back in November 2023. He was by far one of the most professional yet personable attorneys I have ever met.
