I would like to share the experience that I had after doing a Google search for Workman's Compensation Lawyers in Arlington, VA. There were many attorneys listed all over Northern Virginia and even into Richmond, VA. After researching websites and reviews of several attorneys, Charles O'Donnell was the attorney that impressed me the most. I have multiple existing Workman's Compensation against Amazon Logistics which I have been handling by myself primarily because when I made calls to attorneys 3-4 months ago for help, not one would give any assistance. Their legal assistants listened but at the end of the day, my case was a little too complicated or they just did not believe thay would prevail if they had taken my case.
I believe most attorneys will give a free consutation, but I truely got much more. In the end, my phone conversation with Mr. O'Donnell lasted one hour and six minutes. Mr. O'Donnell is a great listener and was very thorough in understanding all the complexities of four different accident events that were on record with Virginia Workmans Compensation Commission. Even more important was the information that he shared that related to my accidents that affected both knees. Mr. O'Donnell maybe could have taken my case (?) but declined as I already had a working settlement on
the table that I had negotiated but had second thoughts about.
From my experience today talking with Mr. O'Donnell, I would highly recommend that you give him a call if you have a need for an attorney in Northern Virginia or DC Metro area. I like people that forget about themselves and think well about their clients. That person is Charles O'Donnell and I truely believe he will represent your interests as good as any attorney in our area.

The accident that I had was horrible and it changes my life completely. I was here in Virginia alone with no family members. When Mr. O'Donnell and his staff member came to see me in the hospital I was able to see how they work and that they care about their clients. With his help and his staff I did not feel alone anymore. They fought for me and did everything they could to get me the treatment I needed and to be able to walk out of this accident with something to start a new life. I though my life was over when I had my accident but Mr. O'Donnell and his staff should me that It was not and that there was many things I can do after the accident. He saved my life. He is an amazing Lawyer with amazing staff as well. Words are not enough to describe how Tom in handling our case for a wrongful death of our son. He is the best lawyer out there! He kept us in the loop from the start to finish. Explains all the things we needed to know and so easy to communicate with. He responds with all our inquiry right away. He lightened our load in some way so to speak by not stressing us out throughout the process but was working hard for our case to be done in a way we will not be stressed, but him working dedicatedly. I met and retained Mr. Smith in early 2009 to represent me in a medical malpractice claim. That claim was subsequently settled through mediation in early 2011. It is difficult to put into words how appreciative I was having Mr. Smith as my attorney. He was extremely knowledgeable (not only regarding legal issues, but also in understanding the multiple medical issues I was having), highly professional at all times, was able to explain every step of the process to me so I (as a non-attorney) understood what was being done from start to finish, and was just an all-around compassionate and highly competent professional.

My truck slid off the side of the road and the brave Stafford police helped me by arresting me with a DUI.
I contacted Scott Nolan and he actually helped me by looking out for me as a human being. My case could've been WAY worse, but Scott is incredibly knowledgeable in his field of work and saved me from a life crippling conviction (felony to misdemeanor).

I was and am probably their most disorganized client ever and after a 30 relationship ended at total wreck. But there is light at the end of the tunnel and not only did they get me through the darkness but where and still are my most trusted councilors. It’s a tough process and they provide sound advice with positive results. It’s difficult to feel good but they helped to at least make me more financially stable and make sense of the legal process and still

Jason Weis represented me in a post-divorce matter to look at spousal support. This case was a bit more complicated and required hiring a couple experts and Jason was awesome throughout everything. The experts he suggested were excellent and really helped our case. He and his whole team were extremely detail oriented, kind and polite to deal with (which makes a HUGE difference to me), and were really thinking about every angle and aspect to make sure we presented the best possible case. In court, I was blown away. It was clear throughout our 3 days in court that he was the better attorney, made sure all our evidence was presented and we got everything in that we thought was important, and always kept a calm and focused demeanor. The case ended up better than I ever could have imagined and am SO thankful that I was able to find Jason. This was our first case and involvement with any attorney and we couldn’t be more pleased with our overall experience and outcome.
We called and interviewed multiple attorneys when first deciding to hire a lawyer. Mr. Trichilo was the only one that told us what to expect and sent us the needed forms and engagement letter. He even followed up and asked if he could answer any questions.

In 2021 our Grandaughter was born and due too negligence of the hospital she sustained a lot of injuries including brain also , due too lack of Oxygen. We knew we needed a good Attorney and believe Donna was a god sent. Unfortunately, while we were traveling from Pennsylvania to Virginia for vacation, my family and I were involved in a serious crash with a dump trunk. We suddenly found ourselves in need of legal assistance, and we were lost as to what to do since we were located in Pennsylvania and the case needed to be litigated in Virginia. So, we went in search of attorneys who would be able to help. While searching through a long list of candidates and their qualifications we came across a listing for Donna Miller Rostant. Not only was Donna an attorney but she also holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing with a specialty in women’s health. This was exactly what I was looking for due to the nature of my injuries. I needed an advocate that would understand what I was going through and also be able to provide the support necessary for this case. I probably had one of the most trying years last year in 2012. Kate was the one saving grace I had when it appeared all the chips were stacked against me in my divorce and other matters with the court. Kate was very diligent and thorough in her representation of me and helped to keep me grounded when the opposing side was being unreasonable, under-handed, abusive, and just flat out lying. Kate was able to peel back the onion piece by piece until the real truth came out and the tables turned for good in my direction. In the end she was able to have my divorce over in 6 months on the nose, she ensured I retained my home, and ultimately kept me from having to pay much more then the original reasonable offer I gave my ex-wife at the start of our Divorce.
Kate is a wonderful attorney and I am just glad she was on my side during this process and not on my ex's. The old saying goes you get what you pay for, well, Kate was worth every penny I spent on her and then some.
