I was a referral to Patterson Law Group from a friend who had positive results. Upon contacting Patterson, I was impressed on how the consultation proceded and the interest in which Tina listened to what I had to say intently and with interest. I was still home bound due to my injuries, so a road trip to their offices were out of the question. So, all the initial paperwork and interviews were over the phone.
I can't say enough about my treatment. The whole Patterson team worked together, and someone was always available to take my calls or answer my questions. Upon my first visit to the Patterson Law offices, I was introduced to everyone . Not just a secretary or a legal assistant. Everyone was very friendly and expressed true interest in my case. Every question was answered in a way that I understood. I was kept up to date on everything.
Upon settling my case, I truly felt I had been served well. I am very happy and satisfied with the results of my settlement.
I would definitely use Patterson Law Group again without reservations. A great bunch of people and FRIENDS .

I spoke to John David Hart on the phone today about a minor injury I sustained. He kindly made me aware that his office doesn't handle such cases, and that his firm work different and more specific types of cases. Despite this, he spent 20 minutes on the phone with me to help me with a plan of action with the necessary steps I should take. He also gave specific referrals for law offices that handle matters like my case. He was extremely understanding, patient and genuinely cared about a good outcome for myself. All as part of a free consult. I'm not experienced with dealing in the law and he made the entire experience very comfortable for me and I felt like I had a mentor helping me. And I wasn't even his client! lol I can only imagine the level of service he would provide to those who take him as a counselor. Thanks John.

I was in a horrific motorcycle accident last summer. A friend of mine referred me to Seth Anderson to help get my medical bills covered. I contacted Anderson Law Firm right after my car was hit by an uninsured motorist. They assigned me to Robert and I'm extremely happy they did. You wouldn't think that your own insurance company would completely fight against an accident that wasn't your fault and drag out the case as long as humanly possible but Robert fought very hard for me. My disabled aunt was struck by a pick up truck while walking across the street. On that chilly February day both our lives changed, as she would need someone to care for her forever. Over whelmed by the insurance confusion as she had recently moved from one state to another. So I was having to learn medicare, deal with 2 different states insurance while making sure my aunt had the correct medical care. Most people don't live when hit by a vehicle as a pedestrian, she lived but with a lot of surgery and time. All while still having to run my own life and jobs, Mr. Kraatz was my super hero. He stepped in front of the insurance steam roller and handled them. We were looking at over $400,000 worth of medical bills from so many entities I couldn't keep count. Mr. Kraatz spoke to me with compassion and allowed me to concentrate on what was most important, my aunts care. He also was compassionate with the man who hit my aunt, as he only had liability. So there was not enough money for all those bills and we didn't want to ruin someones life by suing him and putting him in a debt prison that he would never be free from. Most attorneys would have went for the throat no matter what, and Mr. Kraatz agreed with the decision and we let it go. He figured out who was the priority and handled it. I'm a believer and I know God will always provide for the means to care for my aunt. I'm so very grateful he spared her on that February day, I will gladly spend the rest of my life being her care giver. In an extremely stressful time I had a good lawyer in my corner, I highly recommend Mr. Kraatz.
