Tracey Dellacona was a bulldog for us. She immediately spoke up on our behalf when the situation called for it. She knew her business as well as our business. I felt that even though Tracey was a very busy business woman, she always made time to listen to us....especially me as I was very apprehensive. She was amazing! She appeared to be a southern lady but when she opened her mouth you never knew what was going to come out other than the truth and then the way she presented the truth was most impressive. I highly recommend this attorney. He represented me in a car accident case last year in Oconee County. The insurance company initially did not want to pay much more than my medical bills and was giving me the run around. Mr. Haskell promptly filed a lawsuit and was able to get a great result for me at a time when my family and I needed it the most. He always returned my calls promptly and worked very hard on my case.

I was referred to David by my pastor after I had been injured working at a department store in town. Remodeling was happening and I was struck by a 4x12 piece of sheetrock. David immediately got my benefits started from my employer and then went after the contractor who caused my injuries. He took care of following up on all my personal and medical needs. My father passed away in August of 2020 due to a drunk driving accident. Our family chose to file suit against the driver and were given this law office as a recommendation. December of 2023, we were all (my sisters and I) issued releases to sign for the insurance settlement. It is now May of 2024 and nothing has been released. While I understand that things take time, we are often given the run around by Ms. May; Either stating that she will ‘follow up’ or that we are waiting on ‘opposing counsel’. It’s been almost 4 years, since my father’s death and our family still has no real solid answers to what is going on with our case.

The entire Legal Industrial Complex should be overhauled. I paid this firm $3690 on 9/2024. After attending a hearing for 15 mins and useless emails, calls, and texts, the balance is $107 without another court appearance. I requested a withdrawal from the case on Nov 22nd but they waited until Dec 2nd to inform me about signing a release form. From 11/22- 12/9 2024 they continued working the case(against my will) and running the bill up. I argued my own case in court and saved a ton of money. Paying an attorney an upfront fee only exposes the client to be taken advantage of as in this case. There are many positive experiences here but I had to make potential vulnerable divorce clients aware of my experience. They will run the bill up by calling, texting, and emailing the same document. I would send them a document to review before a phone conversation so they could be prepared but instead the attorney would not be familiar and run the bill up by asking useless questions that were covered in the document sent earlier. Stay away from attorneys if you can help it.
