I hired Bill Burns after my father died in an accident caused by a defective hot water heater. Mr. Burns told me on the front end it would be a very difficult case. However he was amazing to work with and was able to prove the tank was defective and we won the case. I and my family will be eternally grateful for his hard work. He is the best around!

We found ourselves in a somewhat embarassing position last year when our 19 year daughter was arrested for shoplifting. We were referred to Mr. Kim through a friend and contacted him for his help. Since she had never been arrested before he was able to work with the prosecutor and allow her to attend anti-theft classes which enabled her to have this minor charge expunged from her record. Without this expungement, she would not have been able to get the job she had been wanting for some time. Mr. Kim helped to ease our fears through this whole process and without his help, she might have been held back in life. Even though this was a minor charge, it was a big deal to our family and we can't thank Mr. Kim enough.

Mr Kim and Jo Ann have been so helpful in every aspect of my case. I had an accident someone t-boned me and I had terrible neck and low back pain. They took over my medical bills and we finally got things paid. The insurance company was awful and they helped me by talking to the adjuster so

A sum of 2 years ago I was charged with 6 aggravated assault charges, and later the DA felt I got the lesser charges so they decide to charge me with first degree attempted murder. I was arrested October 28, Mr. Reaves came on the 30th just two days after, I was impressed. When we first talked and he gave me a consultation he made sure he let me know that he will fight for me to the fullest extent. I didnt expect to much but I wasn't in full belief because I was in a city that wronged me, but over the course of 21 days in jail attorney Reaves built my confidence by displaying his incentive, knowledge, and determination. I was his first criminal case, so in all other metaphors he took those gloves off and prepared to win. He knew what possible outcomes could take place but his diligence allowed him not to be defeated. Even though I had no criminal history and I was eligible for first offense diversion he didnt take no plea, even when I was reindicted for the higher charge he never gave up on me. During the course of 2 years we had several trials and although he was a civil attorney he went against two of the most respected defense attorneys Memphis had to offer. But Mr. Reaves was prepared for them and surprised them as well. In the end result I can still be an engineer with my clear name because he was triumphant. I owe him so much more then money and gratitude he saved my life and I'm eternally grateful. If you ask me what Lawyer is the best for any situation civil and or criminal I will say attorney Reaves. He knows the value of your life and your possessions and he will fight for them with all he has.

Malcolm represented me in a consumer protection case in mid 2015. He was very understandable and listened to my concerns carefully and gave the most honest recommendations including- the best or worse possible outcomes from the case. He did not pressure me to make any decisions, rather would advice and give me enough time to make my own decisions in accordance to what I was comfortable with.
His communication skills were excellent. He literally informed me about every new finding and details about the case as soon as he can- through email, text or phone call. If Malcolm were running late for a meeting, he would call and inform me about it and even give the reason as to why he is late.
Malcolm is kind. For services that I could not afford, he referred me to the Memphis Area Legal Organization to aid me with some form of assistance. He also provided me with invoice documentation of every cost of his excellent services. Prior to my case, his good heart was also shown when he donated his car to benefit an organization I was working for as an intern- the Church Health Center, a clinic providing coverage for the working uninsured poor in Memphis.
He is a fast thinker, calculates his opponents’ thoughts wisely and makes a smart moves based on that. Due to his demands, the company I was suing was willing to drop the case even before heading to court and reimbursed me with enough money to recover my property. And with wonderful twists to the story, it was also featured on the commercial appeal newspaper. Malcolm is an excellent lawyer. I would highly recommend him for all your legal services matters.

YOU CAN FIRED these ppl JUST DONT DONT SIGNED THE RELEASE FORM; Should’ve just went with the attorneys I’ve used in the past. Received more calls on 2nd day of accident vs. remainder I have been making the calls to keep abreast of my case. Offer was settled without me but about me. DEFINITELY DNT recommend if you had a child involved. Was told the insurance company has to get their lawyers. I’m pretty sure such a big company already has attorneys. Last but not least I really should have known something wasn’t right; when a callback and they didn’t remember whom they were calling. 🙏🏾 not for this to happen again but definitely would not recommend for no one I know (public organizations that I volunteer, no veteran, and anyone else I know.

Cornelius Bostick is an absolutely terrible attorney and should be disbarred immediately. I paid him over two thousand dollars to represent me in a child custody matter during the spring of last year. Prior to us having the first court hearing in September 2024 I constantly reached out to him to figure out what was the status of my case and he wouldn't respond back to me until days later. When we did speak on the phone he would always rush me off the phone as if he had more important matters that took precedence over my case. He also acted as if he never knew what was going on in regards to my case for example he was supposed to have my son's mother served with custody paperwork in the summer of 2024 however when I called him to find out whether or not she was served he was unsure. The only way I found out that the processer served her was because my son mother called me and stated that she had been served. I'm very displeased with his mediocre service, during my first court appearance he failed to prep me properly prior to court which caused the judge to become very irritated with me due to the fact I wasn't fully prepared for the questions that the judge was asking of me and because of him I was tardy for court simply because he gave me the wrong teams virtual link in which he acted as if it wasn't a big deal . It was so disappointing, and embarrassing to say the least that we had to stop the court proceedings so that he and I could go in a separate room to discuss why he didn't inform me of the questions the courts were asking me prior to court. While he and I was having a sidebar while court was being conducted I asked him how come you didn't prepare me for court his exact words to me was Well We Here Now! At that point I relived him of his duties instantly and hired a new attorney. Due to Bostick incompetence and lack of caring I would highly suggest not to hire him to represent you on any court related matter you would be better off saving your money and representing yourself. It appeared to me that he works for the other team and not you.
