Mr. Witherington is an outstanding attorney! He represented me for an automobile accident that happened out of state. My case was quite complicated as four insurance companies were involved, two medical insurance companies and two automobile insurance companies.
Mr. Witherington, and his staff, always had my health and well being at the forefront of my case. I was always consulted and completely informed at all times. I personally believe this was the most effective and efficient representation possible.
My case was complicated and required a lot of work, a lot of work! Mr. Witherington resolved all issues, got all my medical bills paid, full payment for my automobile and a very substantial amount of money for my personal injury compensation.
I most highly recommend Mr. Witherington as your personal attorney! He is amazing and always has your best interest as his top priority!

I honestly can't say enough positive things about Caroline Taylor and Whitfield Bryson. I was injured in a motorcycle accident and lost my job due to my injuries. Caroline helped us through a tremendously difficult time and was always patient and understanding when we had questions. We had no idea how many different variables there were in an injury settlement and she took the reigns and handled business. She was always very professional, courteous, up front and honest with us. She truly cared about my family and helped us as much as she possibly could to come through this OK. I don't know what we would have done without her and I can't possibly recommend her, and Whitfield Bryson enough. They helped us to get everything we could to help our family.

Attorney Casey Elrod handled case. This was my first experience at this, so I wasn’t definite with how everything works. He answered all of my questions and throughly explained the process. What I like most about him is that he kept me informed. There was not period of absence; regularly he would reach out to keep me abreast of where we stood. Casey stood firm and negotiated to his best ability. I feel comfortable and happy with my end result. If I had to do this again or give a Recommendation, I would highly suggest Casey. Attorney Casey Elrod is the absolute best. First off he is so kind and bubbly, every phone call his energy is contagious. He took my case without hesitation and kept me updated at every turn. If I could this law office 100 stars, I would. I found the law office of Mr Steven Grace after I had spoken to 10-15 other law offices, legal advisors, online research, and countless free consultations. I almost just gave up as I was trying to battle a very complex lawsuit against myself and my company in the state of IL, and I live in TX. From my first call with Mr. Steven Grace, I immediately knew he was the one i was going hire! Not only that he was extremely knowledgeable, experienced and clearly knew exactly what to do, but he also listened and genuinely cared about me as a client. Listed to my full story, presented several options, and settled my case with great deal of confidence. While he was clearly very busy, I truly felt that I was the only client that mattered to him. He reached the resolution that I wanted and kept me informed the whole time. I honestly felt that a friend was helping, not a lawyer. More importantly, he charged me less than half of what most other law offices tried to charge me. I would highly recommend this lawyer to friends, family, or anyone that really needs help. I retained the law firm of Davies, Humphreys, Horton & Reese, PLC in 2010 with Ed Reynolds Davies Jr. serving as the lead attorney. He was responsive, worked hard, and was always well prepared. Mr. Davies was available at all times via email or phone and was able to obtain an excellent settlement for me without having to file a lawsuit.

Mr. Pence and his assistant, Paige Crumpler, have been incredible. Because of head injury I would forget what was said and they were both so kind to go over things for me, often. They kept me informed, never rushed me off the phone, or out of the office. Explained everything so well that I knew exactly what was going on, at all times. I recommend using this firm for anything that life may throw your way. I took my case to them and from day 1 that handled my case like it was fragile (with care). I hired this firm to represent me for an auto injury accident case. I knew I was in good hands when I walked into their office and they immediately got to work on my case. I had been trying to contact the insurance company for a week with out a call back. They had the insurance company calling me to fix my vehicle the same day I met them! They were able to resolve my case in a timely manner. I was was over the top excited when I found out how much money I would receive in pocket! I highly recommend hiring attorney Billy Marlowe!!

Despite their "free consultation" option I never spoke with an attorney. I was able to give a brief overview of the issue, but never got to provide photos or medical records pertaining to the case. Regardless, after the initial talk with intake person (not a lawyer) I received a call saying they won't take the case, I asked why and she said they don't take medical malpractice cases.

I hired this firm to represent me on an appeal concerning a ruling in juvenile court. I won the ruling but the attorney by the name of Emily Pfeiffer, who is no longer active at that firm did not follow up to see where I stood on child support payments, and when the final order was drafted the court was under the misconception that I owed $10,000 and back child support which was paid at the end of the year prior which put me back in a position to owe child support arrears that I’ve paid already. Also, I was very detailed at what I wanted because opposing party was going after me for $20,000 in attorney fees I also wanted appealed and council representing this firm did not follow up, but left me in a position to get garnished by opposing counsel and insisted on me paying my $800 balance with them , when the job was not finished. Rob turner also garnished my wages for the remaining balance and left me in debt, leaving me to do my own footwork and prove to the court that my arrears have been paid would cost me three years of wasted time. I reached out to the firm to have this taken care of on a walk-in visit and a lady by the name of Chelsea Stevenson literally lied to me for six months straight after I explained to her in detail what was going on and had me under the impression things were getting resolved when they weren’t. After I had proven my case to the court as of recent I sent the firm the updated order to show them. I wasn’t lying and have not heard from any of them, that is “Rob Turner“ and “Chelsea Stevenson“ who used a personal matter concerning my ex-wife as leverage from me not contacting her and said I was harassing her after she surrendered her personal number to me to keep in contact with her. Absolutely nothing got done, and this firm is horrible in representing anyone, but will take your money immediately. I paid the full balance for 3 court appearances on my appeal in the dollar amount of $4000. This firm should be shut down by the bar of Nashville literally . They’re a bunch of liars and do not have the people in their best interest. They care nothing of their reputation and left me in shambles. Rob Turner is a crook and from what I was told he had a life-threatening accident from falling off of balcony, it’s not to wonder if someone threw him off with how his firm conducts business.

Go find other representation. Do not let the urgency of your situation put yourself into a position where you end up further taken advantage of by this law firm. $11k down the drain, crappy advice, lack of engagement & communication, missed deadlines and they contributed to prolonged suffering. The attorney I was assigned was nowhere to be found unless it was to bill another retainer and receive that $$$.
Do NOT hire these people. They will manipulate you and string you along to get more money for themselves with zero results for your case. They did it to me and every other person here warning you.

I was a passenger and a head-on collision I was airlifted to Vanderbilt State University trauma center she contacted me Miss guthridge she failed to go to the jailhouse right beside her office and file paperwork with the man that was arrested it took two and a half years to get any settlement I was almost killed I got out of a $25,000 liability insurance that he had I was supposed to get $16,000 she got the rest instead she held my money in escrow and told me that it never came and loaned me money from her husband's loan company at $2,000 interest on every 2000 she got all the money I got nothing supposed to be a $750,000 settlement the man has a lien on him she's I know has been collecting my money I haven't got another penny she told me never to contact her again and I know she's been ripping me off I did not contact her she contacted me she is worthless and she's been robbing me I know there's two or two stimulus checks where's my money I was made to select a rating there was no zero so I had to pick one star if there was a zero I would pick 0

I have had to contact this lawyer repeatedly to get action on my case. This was after she messed up my appeal and I had to refile my disability case. She does not return phone calls or emails. Their phone system only goes to voicemail and it is nearly impossible to get a real person on the phone. She was recommended to me by a trusted attorney who was not aware of her current actions. Now I am in a position trying to find another lawyer to take over my case. She might be a good lawyer for other things, but clearly social security disability is not her strong suite.
