My wife and I were in a car accident and decided to take legal action against the person whose vehicle hit us. After consulting with a few lawyers in the area, we chose Kleczek Law and worked with David and Brendan. About a year and a half ago I found myself in a malpractice situation, I didn't know where to go or what to do. I felt lost, Thankfully I found David Kleczek. First I called to make an appointment, which was quick and easy. Upon meeting him, I immediately felt at ease. Throughout the process he has always went above and beyond and helped me with everything and anything I needed. Although suing somebody, and the things that come along with it such as depositions, court, and going through all your personal information can be a bit uncomfortable and overwhelming. My divorce is about complete. Kim did an excellent job. I appreciate her honest, logical and discerning approach to my case. She is able to stick to the facts and not get caught up in the courtroom drama that was created by my x and his lawyers. She is one of the most intelligent people that I have ever met. She is professional and hardworking. She almost always took my late night and weekend calls. I felt that her billing was very fair. Her memory is incredible and she was easily able to keep track the lies that my x and his lawyer fabricated and provide this feedback to the multiple judges that heard our case. My x was sanctioned so many times and this was because Kim clearly showed the judges how he was wasting court time and unnecessarily driving up attorney fees and court cost. She knows the legal system well and was very clear with me about what to expect with regards to the children. The legal system isn't fair and does not always get it right and Kim did not sugar coat my expectations. Kim works best with people that are like her, honest, kind, hardworking and logical people, whether you are male or female. Ryan Harris and his team of lawyers handled an auto accident case my wife and I. We were rear ended while driving from Utah to California. Although my wife was not as injured as I was, I required surgery on my wrist because of the way it hit the steering wheel of my car. Ryan and his team helped me throughout the entire process of the case, and in the end they got me compensated. Last summer I broke my back and foot when a car pulled out in front of me while I was riding my motorcycle. My friend Evan was working for Mr. Harris at the time so I contacted him. They explained the entire process and answered all my questions with no pressure to hire them.

John Hill isn't stable to help you with your legal problems. He is barely there mentally. He doesn't have POA for his own affairs. His nephew Micheal Hill is POA. I was his live-in caregiver, assistant, trainer helping continuously for 13 months. I worked for him every single day for the entire time. NO VACATION, NO DAYS off for a whole year. That tells you what kind of hypocrite he is. He is in such cognitive decline, it is unimaginable that he can "practice" law. When I requested a vacation after exhausting myself he hired someone for cheaper and I was asked to leave under threat because he blamed me for reporting financial crimes I uncovered while on the job . I've been trying to collect back pay and overtime that is owed to me and wouldn’t even return my calls. I had to sue him to collect 6 months of overtime. I've never been treated so poorly and insignificantly by a client that I dedicated my life to. Nobody in his immediate family came to help him even one day. That tells you what kind of man he is.

All what lawyers want is money and this guy was not the exception. My husband paid him $10k and we didn't hear from him after like 8 or 9 months, and it was not even Arash the one in touch, it was one of his assistants. We didn't see him face to face until I arrived to the USA only because he wanted more money to start the process of the green card and because we didn't pay, he stopped answering all the questions we had after my arrival. I am sure there are better lawyers that charge less for a K1 Visa.

However, their Office Manager Monroe, is very rude and unprofessional. I find this to be so disappointing that he interacts with clients is this tone.
