I would not go with them again. They continuously gave me false information about the tow yard, the other persons insurance, the amount I would be receiving and that was only when I reached out. Never got a call or email to notify me of what was going on. They did win my case but it was a easy win, it was 100% not may fault so. I think on top of the trauma and problems that the accident brought me, they just piled on. Also offered to mail my check faster if I gave a review.....

My concerns range from misrepresentation involving wrongful filings, and procrastination. Brandon A. Carroll simultaneously misfiled cases and engaged in a pattern and practice of attorney misconduct. As a lay person when you hire a representative you except for them to be thorough, knowledgeable and loyal. Based off my experiences, I would not recommend Brandon A. Carroll under any circumstance.
