I’m so thankful to have the opportunity to share my experience with Thorp Law. From the beginning, Isaac and his paralegal Tammy expressed empathy with regard to the unforeseen situation I had found myself in following an MVA in November of 2023. At my very first meeting with Isaac and Tammy, they helped me to understand the process I was getting ready to face, as well as their initial plan of action. Also, as I’m sure every law firm does, both of them told me that should I ever have any questions, to not hesitate to reach out to them. One of the best experiences if not the best with a lemon law attorney, and I had two previous experiences.
He gave me very sound advice, and it was free which was strange and unexpected. He was genuinely looking out for my best interest. Additionally, he was calling me nearly every 2-3 weeks to check on the status of my matter, which he did not have to do at all. Again, all this was new to me and to my previous experiences with attorneys.

My worker's comp case began in 2005 while employed with the state. It dragged on forever as I was shuffled doctor to doctor and given the run-around. I was not hurt seriously enough to warrant a court hearing but did need advice as to how to bring my case to closure and still receive a due impairment award. Ben didn't know me and still took the time to properly advise me so that I could handle the case on my own. Because of him, my case is finally coming to an end. He provided me with the proper information to be able to negotiate with the worker's comp company. I was so impressed that he was not concerned about what was in it for him but what was best for me. He is very knowledgeable and easy to understand. He is not an ambulance chaser. Thank you, Ben!

I had a 5-star experience with Brent Adams and Associates. Specifically, Attorney Diana Devine is amazing. After fighting with the insurance company and suffering with pain for over 2 years, my case was sent to her in the litigation department to take it to court. She called and spoke to me often, even gave me her personal cell phone number. Every step and process that came up we had a meeting beforehand that she explained everything so I could understand and helped me mentally prepare for what the defense would say or do. In the end we spent several hours together at a mediation, and she argued to settle my case for more than what I expected. I am very satisfied and would recommend any one with a personal injury case to call Brent and Associates. If I ever have another case (hopefully not) or know someone that might have a case, I will call Diana for help.

After being hit by a car and seriously injured, I was offered a settlement by the insurance company of the person who hit me. I wasn’t sure if the settlement was appropriate, so I consulted with Bill Bystrynski and he agreed to represent me. Bill was successful at obtaining a settlement that was much higher than what I was originally offered. Bill is a knowledgeable, competent, and skilled negotiator. I appreciated how he explained the legal actions he took and how he kept me informed throughout the process of reaching a settlement. In addition to his legal skills, Bill is a very kind and caring person. He communicated his genuine concern for me and his desire to obtain the compensation he believed I deserved for my injuries. I cannot recommend Patrick highly enough! His compassion, dedication and willingness to go to bat for me was an absolute lifesaver throughout an extremely taxing three year legal battle. After I was struck and run over by a drunk driver, I tried to find a lawyer to represent me, but I was instead met only no callbacks and vague statements that their caseloads were full. Apparently my case was not simple or easy enough for other attorneys. I had just about given up trying to find representation when my father found the excellent reviews for Jason Burton and suggested that I give him a call. I'm exceedingly glad that I did.
Jason was incredibly professional and helpful during this particularly stressful time in my life. Jason listened carefully and provided excellent advice. I could not be happier with my choice of attorney. Because of Jason's efforts, I was awarded the maximum amount possible from both the drunk driver's insurance company and my own insurance plan's under-insured motorist coverage.
While I at first felt hopeless about being able to recover anything from the insurance companies, Jason turned that around. I highly recommend Jason Burton for any personal injury or accident case.

Late last summer, I was severely injured due to an unexpected “tustle” with a bouncer who blindsided me and hit me square in the jaw. I had no part of the altercation that happened outside of the bar that night and unfortunately got sucker punched by a huge bouncer. I went straight to the E.R. thinking this man had broke my jaw. Luckily months later, I recieved video evidence from someone spectating. I was not sure that anything would settle because of them being bouncers at a well established bar.... yet Jason was able to hear my case and help me settle with more than what i had endured. He listened to the full story and believed in me, gave me good advice and had excellent communication through the entire process. Jason is extremely good at what he does and I HIGHLY recommend giving this man a call for anyone with a personal injury!!

Clifford law firm was to represent my son in 2 counties both wake and sampson. He showed up once in wake none in sampson after being paid to be my son's rep. I would not hear from him nor my daughter in law would see him attend to business. The man mumbles and I could not understand most of what he was saying even though he was apprised I am hard of hearing. 20 months and nothing he said he would do was done. I even hesitate to give one star he deserves none.

The “only secretary of the office” as she said herself is extremely rude and dismissive. She told me because of their workload the office will only respond via letters no information on the phone. When i asked the lady her name she tells me she doesn’t have to give me that information and that she is the only secretary of the office. I told her how can she be employed in an office and speak to customers in such a tone yet not want to state her name? When I asked to speak to her supervisor she said it was Allen Dubois but he was not there. I told her I will be making a complaint on her attitude and she hung up on me. Someone needs to fire this lady because why are you even employed if you don’t want to give your name or any information to the community seeking assistance from your office?
