California is a difficult state to be a medical malpractice plaintiff. You're going to need the best and in my opinion, you could do no better than David Smith. Ours was a complex case, one which other attorneys had rejected due to all the difficulties of prosecuting medical malpractice in California. Once Mr. Smith agreed to take our case, he was like a bulldog! We encountered some serious obstacles and were up against a heartless insurance company law firm that tried to play some ruthless games and (in my opinion) shady legal maneuvers. But Mr. Smith was ahead of them at every step, even as they seemed intent on taking the case to trial. Ultimately, they came to realize that we had a tenacious pro on our side, and they settled.
What I can tell you is that I'm not a big fan of attorneys in general, but we really felt like we had a powerful and effective ally in Mr. Smith. It turns out he's a helluva nice guy too!

Mr. Meisner was thorough and insightful and did a great job advancing and settling the cases for my daughter and myself after a violent car accident.
He also provided preliminary paperwork and advice immediately that would prove helpful in assuring a smooth settlement.
He was proactive in keeping the case in motion, great in communication, and followed up after settlement to assure a proper close out. In short, he did an excellent job overall.
Without hesitation, I will certainly reach out next time I need a PI attorney.

My son informed me of his dilemma regarding a ticket he received for excessive speeding while driving in a construction zone. I knew it was extremely serious and he needed legal representation. I looked up the Internet for a local attorney close to where he is attending a trade school. Originally, Kristina was contacted via e-mail, for an appointment and meeting location. She was very accessible for the date and location.
The seriousness of my son’s case would result in his license suspension, no traffic school, DMV points, and extreme fines. During the two court appearances, Kristina met with the DA’s Office to negotiate reduction of speed, no points, traffic school, lesser fines, and no license suspension.
Kristina’s interaction during the entire process was that of deep caring and a positive outlook when we were less than hopefully.
We recommend Kristina wholeheartedly without reservation. She is an honest, hard-working, trustworthy, and caring attorney.

We had to seek legal help due to an accident. We were not at fault and simply wanted the other insurance to pay. They tried to play hardball and deny the payouts. We got law Arnold firm involved (friend referral) and they were able to compensate us for our trouble! We were not expecting any compensation but were glad we did, dealing with the other car insurance company was stressful (even when they were at fault) and Arnold law firm took the job off my hands, we would recommend using them, and will go back if we need anything in the future.

I want to thank Andrew Minney, the lead lawyer, and his excellent team including Deana Morales and Luke Herngren for handling the legal matters following the car accident, and TBI injury for my child. It takes a team of people like this group to stay on top of filings and procedures, so there are no glitches. The process was a long one but smooth. Next, I want to thank them for referring us to Dr. Fong a Neuro-Optometrist that has resorted balance back to our child. My Chpt. 7 case was extremely difficult. It took almost two years to complete. I had no clue of what, when or why my case was so complicated... confused . Brian Turner kept me informed and allowed open lines of communication. He is...driven ,focused and extremely Knowledgeble !

for relief or just Breathe for air. A huge weight was lifted.

The Smith and Zitano team were a Godsend. We had a tragic medical issue occur to our family. I cannot express the immense gratitude I have for my interaction with Mr. Smith. I found myself in a very challenging and unique situation with a renter's insurance claim. I vetted many attorneys before allowing my intuition to guide me to Mr. Smith. Mr. Smith demonstrated his attention to detail in the consultation process. He carefully read over the documents and gave me an informed assessment of my case. Although, Mr. Smith could not guarantee my desired outcome (as no attorney can), I decided to move forward with the process and hired him. Mr. Smith's WEALTH of knowledge allowed him to find errors in the way my claim was denied. His letter to my insurance company caused them change their initial denial of my claim and in turn they honored my claim. I never anticipated being in the position of needing an attorney, and was genuinely reluctant to even call one. Written on 11/2015 I was so pleased with Mr Edlow's performance, he accepted a very difficult slip and fall (Public Entity) case. My case was pursued aggressively and was quick to realize that he was not only defending me as a client, but also defending my wife and 3 children that were affected as a direct result of my injuries. Every avenue of my case was carefully examined from a loss of consortium claim for my wife, to a negotiated discounted amount to be paid back to my medical insurance for past medical bills. This case was settled out of court and was very pleased with the final settlement amount low seven figures. My case was satisfactorily resolved thanks to Mr. Meade’s expertise in the legal profession and his comprehensive understanding of medicine. As it turns out for me it was not the resolution of my case that ended up being the most valuable part of my experience.
