I was hit by a car and was injured badly. After I returned from the hospital I was surprised to find multiple of letters from several law firms. Was a client of Rob Roe - "Champion Of The Injured" & "Super Lawyer" as displayed & advertised of over 25 years established & experienced.
Throughout the interim, unfortunately, to say in the VERY least, minimal could be done, as the case sat complacent, initially was to be wrapped up at the damage package of 2018.
Over time, following up & patiently awaiting for answers & explanations with full clarity in documentation, I could not be fully accommodated & assisted with this fully by email as a frontline healthcare worker in surgery in dire need & having a disability in need since Rob Roe referred to my emails & form of communication to be the single greatest barrier.
Nearing almost a year, we patiently awaited, following up, left wondering, since the same stories, now had 21 days left in July 2019 before we had to move out of our home, since initially the case was to be wrapped up of 2018.
We were informed between June/July 2019 that the
medical records were still waiting to be received
since the retainer & release of medical records signed in October 2018 with 30 days for medical records to be received, however nothing more could still be done, which was all very confusing to us, not really knowing what was happening.
With the outcome & case wrapped up between February/March 2022, I was left with an amount far below a years worth of wages, then initially assured recovering from the accident itself & overall, etc.
After representation, we finally were able to receive the case file of June/July 2022, that initially was needed numerous times asked for throughout the years.

My son Fahlym, hired Rob Roe for personal injury representation in 2018. A lot of concerning issues kept happening with Rob Roe until the end of the case in 2022. During representation, Rob Roe mailed an unsecured flash drive with my son’s entire file on it that had very sensitive information, as well some of our private family information. Rob Roe initially mailed the unsecured flash drive to the wrong address, then it was remailed to my son’s correct address but lost in mail transit, and never found to this day, only receiving an empty torn regular envelope. Being my son’s advocate, I addressed many valid concerns to Rob Roe about his representation that weren’t aligning. Rob Roe then cut me off, heavily burdening my injured son, who needed my help. I cannot express how devastating the entire negative experience was from Rob Roe’s representation of over 3 years.

Dealing with custody matters are tough enough to go through, time is of the essence and you need your hired team to represent swiftly and aggressively so that life can move forward and you can rest with your family again. You add trusting and spending your hard earned money only to end up picking the wrong lawyer to represent this sensitive matter is a total setback for the children first as well as the parents. Katelyn was very unprofessional, lazy and very inexperienced in the compassion department to say the least. I simply asked her to get the ball rolling & keep us updated after we paid the retainer fees and submitted her requested paperwork because we hadn't heard back. She quickly responded with a few lame excuses followed by "We can just refund your deposit ". My gut feeling was not to work with her from the start it felt like we were just a number on the pile and that she was very green and not aggressive driven to help get the job done, turns out by her response above, I was correct. I am a local immigration attorney who needed some legal counsel from this firm. They came highly recommended by another well known attorney. Unfortunately, this firm is a HUGE disappointment to all consumers alike. I hope someone at big business reads this review. There is no onboarding process for this firm. None. You are at the mercy even as a colleague of poorly trained staff and assistants to get someone to pay attention to your case. The communication with this firm has been awful. Emails unanswered. Phone calls ignored. The firm waisted about 2.5 months of my client's case only to send a snarky response that they decline to represent, which is not what we were looking for (we needed a second opinion on case value). The employee (law clerk) who was assigned to our case left midway our project. No one got back to us on that. In sum, take your business elsewhere as I would say this firm has a chronic internal management problem that will continue into representation. If my prospective clients in my firm were treated this way, I would be fired on the spot and rightfully so. If my staff treated anyone the way we were treated, they would be fired on the spot as well for cause. Take note!
