I see all these great reviews about Will Flores and I’m not sure how accurate these are.
I had a car accident case which Elliot was handling. Elliot from one day to the next left the firm which was very strange and then Will takes over my case. He calls me and is on the phone with me for about 45 minutes. He tells me how we’re going to move forward with my case and pretty much it was all lies. Melissa calls me the following week and tells me Will is dropping my case because the insurance company wasn’t going to pay. I was in complete shock because what Will told me was completely different than what Melissa was telling me. The weird thing is he knew the insurance company wasn’t going to pay because we talked about it and his plan was to send me for another mri and a chiropractor. Once we get the results we sue because he said even if the insurance company offers anything it’s going to be low.
This was a very simple car accident. If anyone saw my videos it’s obvious this wasn’t my fault. Will even agreed this wasn’t my fault and so did Elliot before he left.
Anyways, After this situation he is probably the biggest liar and most unprofessional attorney I have ever dealt with. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND WILL FLORES TO ANYONE.
I’m not sure if he’s crazy or just a compulsive liar. Either way horrible guy to do this to anyone.

My daughter lost her life due to a medical disaster. We wanted to make sure this did not happen to other families and that this institution had to change. I asked Mrs Vesley if she was tough enough to stand up to this organization and she indicated she had no problem standing her ground. They stood their ground, brought to bear her firm's expertise and achieved a very positive outcome. We were kept informed at every juncture and all options discussed with us before moving forward. I can not begin to express how thankful we were to have her working on our side in this case. It is very unlikely this this institution will make this same mistake again and another family will have to suffer as we did. Mrs Vesely has our unconditional highest recommendation.

Hunter Rawls and his team prepared a comprehensive Trust package for my wife and I. This process took several months to complete. Hunter was not only thorough with his explanation of terms and the way Trusts work vs. wills, but he was also very patient with our laundry lists of questions (and sometimes repetitive questions) over multiple phone calls. I hired Mr Yanchuck late December 2016 a personal injury case.
I immediately felt comfortable and secure.
A brilliant, charismatic, compassionate, funny man. He has experience in criminal, personal injury, medical malpractice.
I felt I was his only client. I was amazed of his ability to handle as many clients he actually had.
His staff has excellent communication skills, I was always able to speak with Joel if he was in the office, if not a paralegal knowledgeable regarding my case.

Ms. Mikolaitis was more than excellent. She saved me from being completely victimized by a person with no apparent character. I purchased a dog for breeding from a breeder in Florida. The dog's testicles did not descend. The breeder tried every trick in the book to avoid remedy for the unfit for purchase dog and Ms. Mikolaitis stopped every attempt. Ms. Mikolaitis was completely available to me, returning every call in a timely manner, she was completely competent and professional and stayed on top of every maneuver the breeder attempted to avoid remedy and there were many. I could not ever find the words to say what an excellent job she did in protecting my rights and keeping me informed. She protected me and saved me from the victimization that had already occurred. I more than highly recommend her to anyone that needs help in this area, to not be made a victim. She is the best in every way.

I called Justine pertaining to my landlord giving me a hard time concerning my prescribed ESA. Justine immediately took my case and went to work right away. Justine didn't waste a day working on my case and before I knew it she had collected all the documentation she needed to send to my landlord. Justine's sense of urgency made me feel like she was more than my attorney but also someone that actually cares for her clients. Whenever I texted her or called her she was always available. I'm very satisfied with her work and her fee is very reasonable. A week before closing, I received a call from my agent that the Buyers were trying to cancel my real estate contract on a $450K deal, and wanted to offer me half the escrow deposit. I was sick over it. Justine reviewed the contract, advised me to deny the cancellation their agent was sending over and refuse to sign it. She mentored me to pursue mediation and/ or a lawsuit to enforce on a specific provision. The buyers backed down and went through with the contract. THANK YOU JUSTINE!!!!

I was involved in a car accident that left me in a wheelchair, unable to work and worried how I was going to deal with everything that was happening. A friend recommended Mrs. Kravitz and said she would handle my case and help me figure out the myriad of worries I had.
I met Jovita and was immediately impressed with her professionalism. Equally important to me I was simply impressed with her as a person. I suppose any attorney is capable of doing the legal side; I was worried about being treated as another number by an attorney. With Jovita that was nor ever has been the case. She was empathetic as well as knowledgeable which personally was important to me.
My case settled in what I felt was a timely fashion all things considered. Additionally, I was happy with the settlement Jovita was able to obtain for me. Further, even though I'm no longer her client she took the time to follow up and ask how I was doing after recovering from my injuries. That gesture was greatly appreciated.
I hope I never again need the services of an attorney but if I do I would hire Jovita again without hesitation.

Jovita Kravitz handled our case with personal care and attention. When my husband was hit by a car while riding his motorcycle, not only did we have to deal with and worry about his recovery and the intensity of his injuries but to top it all off the driver of the car was irate, unreasonable and just downright rude. I was rear ended on April 28, 2016 and had injuries to my neck. I did not want to be stuck with medical bills so I chose an attorney without a billboard. I went to all my medical appointments, physical therapy, and procedures (facet blocks, epidural, disc decompression) to ease my headaches and neck pain. I had headaches most days. The at fault insurance company originally offered a low ball settlement which would not begin to cover my medical bills. My attorney (who is awesome, did most of the leg work, and worked extremely hard for me) brought Chad and his wife Carrie Lambeth Pilon on my team on January 31, 2017. Both Chad and Carrie have ALOT of experience dealing with this particular insurance company and they enjoy the challenge. The at fault insurance company brought up an on the job injury I had in 1999. I didn't even remember at first. I am a nurse and I had strained my neck/trapezius lifting a patient in bed. Chad and Carrie obtained copies of my workmans' comp case which indicated that I went to physical therapy for about three weeks and never had any problems afterwards. My case was resolved by May 19, 2017. It just took a little while to get the details worked out, and then we were delayed by the court for about a month. The at fault insurance company agreed to pay the maximum. I was relieved, since the medical bills will be covered and after attorney fees I will have enough for future treatments if needed. Chad and Carrie Lambeth Pilon will fight for what is fair and just.

As a retired veteran with preexisting injuries, I was concerned about my car accident case (hit and run) as I had sustained significant new injuries until I talked to Mr. Salter who assured me he had experience working similar cases, with military clients, and navigating and differentiating preexisting and new injuries. Mr. Salter is extremely professional, compassionate, and direct; he expertly humanizes legal subject matter, and has an advanced level of understanding legalities of insurance company’s processes and how they work. I was highly impressed with his staff, specifically (LeeAnn Backer), who took absolute life-cycle ownership of my case providing phenomenal customer service and compassion, communication, coordination with one of the best Orthopedic Surgeon's in the area, and follow up.
