Nate helped me create a series LLC in Texas for my real estate. I priced out several attorney’s and Nate was very transparent in his pricing and services. He walked me through the whole process and talked to me about areas people could make mistakes when creating an LLC. He explained all the documents to me and how to proceed going forward. I was referred by a friend that went with a different firm and was unsatisfied of how they were taking long and handling his case. Then when he went with Felix my friend told me how good and fast of a job they did.. he was impressed!!
So of course I met up with Felix and his team and they showed a lot of concern because I was in pain. After a couple of days they started updating me and always making sure I was taking care of like seeing the doctor. They updated me constantly and made me feel at ease and before you know it everything was settled. I am very satisfied! About a year ago I was in a serious 18 wheeler hit and run. I was scared and had no clue what to do. I had a friend refer me to Serna and Associates to help me try and find the drivers. I am still at the beginning of my case but everything is happening pretty fast. The case manager was able to meet with me the day after I called. We met for about 3 hours so that she could get every last detail of my case and explain to me exactly what they could do for me. The day after we met, she was already making attempts to contact the opposing party to let them know that action is being taken. For some people, this may not seem like much. But she has done more for me in the past few days than my previous attorney did for me in a couple of months. J. I called The Law Offices of Marynell Maloney about a medical malpractice case on behalf of my husband. After the initial consultation, we were told Attorney Michelle Maloney would like to meet with us. When my husband and I met with her she was very straight forward and honest as to what we should expect if she agreed to represent my husband.
