When searching for a trust attorney I came across Maya Pinchman at Ratners & Pinchman. What an amazing experience after an arduous search for a trust attorney! I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with John Clune and the rest of the team at Guy Levy Law. Well I got injured at work it took almost 3 months to get any compensation from the company and I wasn't getting anywhere so I had to call an attorney.I gave the law Brothers a shot I told him my situation and Elias said he can help me with my case. I was relieved and it all started from there he was professional, courteous and he did a great job on getting this company to finally compensate me. He got results quick and if I didn't get an attorney I'd still be fighting this company he had my back the whole way!

I was in a car accident in 2020 that left me with a back injury that I'd been, and continue to, suffer with daily. After a very low-ball contingent settlement offer from the guilty party's insurance company, I opted to seek legal counsel. I found this firm via a Yelp search, and was connected with Michelle Schill. Throughout the entire process, Michelle was very communicative and helpful, even though my case wasn't a very large one at all. She didn't give up on getting me a fair settlement, so I could avoid going through a lengthy and expensive litigation. Although I hope I don't need her services again any time soon, I would absolutely recommend Michelle to handle anyone's personal injury case. You'll be met with sensitivity, care, and a bit of humor!

Patrick and Samantha did a fantastic job of prioritizing and getting the best possible outcome for what became a long and arduous case mainly due to COVID. I consulted with Patrick in September of 2019 and he walked me through what my options were and how things would look like to get my matter handled.
While navigating the court and DMV systems, the pandemic hit and everything became a waiting game. Fast forward to 2022, wanting to get the matter settled and a very determined district attorney, we ended up in trial and Patrick and Samantha showed up prepared and optimistic, guiding me through everything.
In the end, we received the outcome we were hoping for.
Throughout the almost three years of us working on this case, they made sure to keep me in the loop the entire time.
Any other attorney could have easily racked up a mountain of fees for the extended duration of this ordeal, however Patrick was honest and open throughout his legal obligation to me.
I am very grateful to Griffin Law for all of their assistance and professionalism during this stressful circumstance.

Simply put - I owe Patrick so much I can't make a Google review that really covers it. I went in for a simple issue that should have just gone away, but he treated it very seriously. He had to fight uphill with the City Attorney and fought for me to get what justice required. He advocated for me at every turn and walked me through the problems we were dealing with.

Jordan was and is one of the worst lawyers I ever had to deal with in my life.
I contacted him because he was a referral from a friend seeking help for being wrongfully terminated from a job.
At first he seemed very caring and understanding and on my side and then as the days went by it was like I was an annoyance to him.
Anytime I would ask a question through text about something he was doing he would talk down to me like I was a child.
He has a huge ego and on a high horse.
At one point my family advised me to ask a question about something he was doing and oh my god did I get a wrath from him, even Jordan saying "is your mother a lawyer? I am a lawyer, do not question my actions"
I just couldn't even believe it, it went from telling me that I was going to get a huge settlement to making me feel worthless and the enemy in the case. After a few months of Jordan going ghost he had his office message me that they were not going to continue with the case and gave me a referral.
It was more then 6 months waste of time and I couldn't even do anything after that it was too late to even have a case after that long of waiting
The owner of the place I was wrongfully terminated even offered a settlement and Jordan refused it saying he could get more money.
So in the end I got absolutely nothing because he didn't want to take the case anymore. Highly do not recommend this guy. Some lawyers especially this one are way to high on a horse to be brought down to reality.

Chris is by far the best lawyer in San Diego in my opinion. We were stopped at a light and rear ended by a van full of 7 people. Not only were both cars badly damaged, but my neck and back suffered substantial injuries. Not only did Chris assist and walk us through getting us the best recovery both physically and financially, he did it in such a professional and intelligent way. After sustaining severe injuries in an accident, Chris was recommended by a mutual friend. Chris visited me in the hospital and although not in the right frame of mind to pursue a lawsuit, he started doing needed investigation for me and my family.
Once I began to heal and rehab, Chris and his assistant Aaron Sibley were very professional in eventually filing a personal injury lawsuit against the defendant. I was impressed with the compelling case that Chris presented on my behalf.
As a result of the case presented by Chris, we settled out of court with the defendant. I felt the final settlement was fair and compensated me for the severe trauma that I suffered.

I was referred to Bill by another attorney that my brother in law was using at the time while being in Northern California and dealing with a out of state attorney that i fired. When Bill picked up the pieces he moved swiftly and communicated with me every step of the way if i had questions he would answer them in a timely manner. I was in a car accident and had to have two surgerys and had lots of questions. Within a week i had a Dr appointment and a check in the mail to pay for it. Before you know it my case was won! I cannot say enough positively about how Jim Iagmin dealt with my case. I was badly hurt when my bicycle hit a hazard in the road. The city was responsible what occured but we didn't know where to start.
Jim and his team guided us expertly through many complicated legal and medical issues. Throughout it all, Jim and the team were extremely responsive and caring. Empathetic but definitely business about it all.
It took a few years to sort it all out with the city , but with Jim's hard-fought litigation , the city agreed to an excellent settlement.
It was fantastic having Jim and his team behind me.
I felt comfortable on all levels and it was a huge gift to not have to second guess or wonder if things were being done well. What a huge asset and not only admirable as a lawyer, but as a person.

I was very lost and had no idea where to go or find the necessary help. Mr Farzad was very responsive immediately, he offered me help and explained my possibilities when unfortunately I was full of fear and also did not know my rights in marriage and in the country, since I am also an immigrant and English is not my first language. My wife and I have been working with her oldest brother (85 yrs old) to help him with a Will and a Living Trust. For the past 3 years we have traveled from our home in Durand Mi. to San Diego to provide him with advice and provide any help he may need to get everything right. The more we worked the more complicated and confusing this procedure became, OMG were we Stumped. This year we decided we needed professional help. So, what do you do when your 2000 miles away and don't really know anybody in a big city like San Diego, GOOGLE IT! That's exactly what we did and came up with a bunch of names of attorneys that claim to be the best anywhere. We started making calls to see who we liked the best and would be able to take care of our issues. We left voice mails and asked to have someone contact us to set up a meeting. We encountered a few who were vague and after listening to what we needed really didn’t seem too interested. Then Jason, called us and we were so happy with his attitude and wiliness to complete the needed documents on a very short notice. Everyone in that firm seemed to want to help us get everything right, signed, and registered they even worked through the weekend. The team was amazing in helping us with our will and trust! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and patient with us as we figure out the best path forward to suit some of our very particular needs. It’s obviously not a fun or easy topic to discuss and they were so understanding of that giving us options and suggestions that could be relevant to us. And allowing us the time we needed to sort things out amongst our family. Sometimes we wouldn’t be able to resolve things easily so we would be at a standstill for a while between me and my husband but they were great about checking in regularly without creating any additional pressure. We also had some personal and particular road blocks that we come up against and Ashley was wonderful in giving us options and guidance around that. Stephen Waldman was highly recommended by a close family friend, after my son had received a serious injury to his knee following an auto accident when a car came through a red light and totaled our car. I was concerned that after his initial medical treatment my son's knee was still not 100% healed, Stephen advised us to see an orthopedic specialist to get a second opinion and the specialist indicated that a further course of treatment was required.
During the process of presenting a claim to the insurance company, which accepted liability, Stephen Waldman was very professional and always kept us informed as to what was happening with our claim. He has great communication skills and it was always a pleasure to talk to him or answer the odd email.
My son has now fully recovered from his injury. The initial settlement offered by the insurance company admitting liability was declined as the injury was more serious than originally anticipated. An improved settlement offer was then accepted and my son will now have some money that he can use for college etc. after his 18th. birthday.
I am very happy with what Stephen has done for my son, without him my son would have received nothing. I highly recommend Stephen Waldman to anyone requiring the services of an excellent lawyer.

Ryan, actually helped my wife and i with a car accident. It was fairly basic case, but where can you go to an Atty and get honest, fast, reliable help? Only at the Mccabe law firm. If you want an atty that knows what he is talking about, an atty that is upfront and is not mainly interested in how much he will be make right off the bat than call Ryan. Most atty wont even answer your calls unless you have given them money and than more money before you even know if you have a chance or not.
