I was wrongfully accused of a crime I did not commit, and despite being attacked in my own home, I was the one charged with a felony. When I was arrested and charged, my attempts to assert my innocence fell on deaf ears within the justice system. Those who did listen, did not believe me. Having never been arrested or charged with anything in my life, facing a felony charge was a terrifying experience. I felt alone, until I found Patrick Griffin. Patrick was not only kind and empathetic, but he also listened to me. From the moment I shared my story, Patrick believed in my innocence and fought relentlessly to prove it. Patrick and his team were always available to address my questions or concerns, keeping me informed every step of the way. I never felt ignored or treated as just another case. Chris is by far the best lawyer in San Diego in my opinion. We were stopped at a light and rear ended by a van full of 7 people. Not only were both cars badly damaged, but my neck and back suffered substantial injuries. Not only did Chris assist and walk us through getting us the best recovery both physically and financially, he did it in such a professional and intelligent way. His staff and support are amazing as well. I'm so happy I found Chris and will definitely be using his office in the future if I need an attorney. I was in a car accident in 2020 that left me with a back injury that I'd been, and continue to, suffer with daily. After a very low-ball contingent settlement offer from the guilty party's insurance company, I opted to seek legal counsel. I found this firm via a Yelp search, and was connected with Michelle Schill. Throughout the entire process, Michelle was very communicative and helpful, even though my case wasn't a very large one at all. She didn't give up on getting me a fair settlement, so I could avoid going through a lengthy and expensive litigation. Although I hope I don't need her services again any time soon, I would absolutely recommend Michelle to handle anyone's personal injury case. You'll be met with sensitivity, care, and a bit of humor!

I absolutely recommend hiring Elias from the Injury Brothers. I waited much too long to call, so if you are hesitating, you should not wait. I was over two years into a workers compensation injury claim. The insurance was not cooperating, and I was not receiving the treatment that I needed. After two years the injury was obviously permanent; however, it seemed like the insurance company was trying to wait me out. One day I was in so much pain, I decided that I needed to do something because I couldn't continue to live with back pain without treatment. My biggest regret was that I waited so long to call them. I recently settled the injury case, and I am very satisfied with the result.
Elias is quick to respond to messages, thorough in explanations, and he is personable.

Stephen Waldman was highly recommended by a close family friend, after my son had received a serious injury to his knee following an auto accident when a car came through a red light and totaled our car. I was concerned that after his initial medical treatment my son's knee was still not 100% healed, Stephen advised us to see an orthopedic specialist to get a second opinion and the specialist indicated that a further course of treatment was required.
During the process of presenting a claim to the insurance company, which accepted liability, Stephen Waldman was very professional and always kept us informed as to what was happening with our claim. He has great communication skills and it was always a pleasure to talk to him or answer the odd email.
My son has now fully recovered from his injury. The initial settlement offered by the insurance company admitting liability was declined as the injury was more serious than originally anticipated. An improved settlement offer was then accepted and my son will now have some money that he can use for college etc. after his 18th. birthday.
I am very happy with what Stephen has done for my son, without him my son would have received nothing. I highly recommend Stephen Waldman to anyone requiring the services of an excellent lawyer.

After sustaining severe injuries in an accident, Chris was recommended by a mutual friend. Chris visited me in the hospital and although not in the right frame of mind to pursue a lawsuit, he started doing needed investigation for me and my family.
Once I began to heal and rehab, Chris and his assistant Aaron Sibley were very professional in eventually filing a personal injury lawsuit against the defendant. I was impressed with the compelling case that Chris presented on my behalf.
As a result of the case presented by Chris, we settled out of court with the defendant. I felt the final settlement was fair and compensated me for the severe trauma that I suffered.

Ryan, actually helped my wife and i with a car accident. It was fairly basic case, but where can you go to an Atty and get honest, fast, reliable help? Only at the Mccabe law firm. If you want an atty that knows what he is talking about, an atty that is upfront and is not mainly interested in how much he will be make right off the bat than call Ryan. Most atty wont even answer your calls unless you have given them money and than more money before you even know if you have a chance or not.

My young family was in a car accident recently. Thankfully, our injuries were not severe. However, we had to deal with a severely damaged car, minor injuries to my wife and I and the stress of dealing with our two boys (both under the age of 4) who were certainly shaken by the experience. After some initial back and forth with the insurance company on my own, the insurance adjuster made its "final" offer of payment. I was not comfortable with the process and made an appointment with Ms. Holm. She took the time to understand my case (even though I am sure it was a very minor matter for her office). I was referred to Bill by another attorney that my brother in law was using at the time while being in Northern California and dealing with a out of state attorney that i fired. When Bill picked up the pieces he moved swiftly and communicated with me every step of the way if i had questions he would answer them in a timely manner. I had an insurance claim that the insurance company quickly denied coverage for. An attorney friend referred Mr. Les Robertson to me because he's an expert in insurance coverage and has a great reputation. Since the first conversation, Mr. Robertson was warm, empathetic, and very clear at explaining the law related to my situation. He told me the insurance should have provided the coverage and was willing to help.
