I called Ms. Ekaterina Berman to consult with a case, and she provided excellent consultation even she didn't have time to take my case.
She listens really well. She gets my point immediately, and gets to her point clearly. The communication was very professional and easy.
She offered her professional take on the case and on my concerns, even I haven't hired her. She does not just care about money. She said, to save the time and money, what is the good way to proceed instead of forcing me a case to open and hire her.
Although I didn't end up with working with her on my case, I feel only someone who is good at what he/she is doing can do practice and work in the way Ms. Ekaterina Berman does. So I feel this is outstanding from others in the business, and it should be made aware to anyone who seeks for help and service.

Let me just say, every single person I had the opportunity to speak to and/or meet in this office is absolutely FANTASTIC.
My first interaction was with Stacy. Before I did any kind of explaining regarding my case, she was kind and honest in letting me know she couldn’t guarantee it would be picked up due to the deadline (I came to them with only weeks before my statute of limitations was up) and how busy the office was which I understood. But after I told her what happened, she reassured me if the office had too full of a plate, she would still personally help me find someone to take my case. Even though she was confident they were going to be able to help, I appreciated the additional effort on her part. Once she passed along my info to Louis, he called me back promptly and let me know they could take it.
In the same day of speaking with Stacy and Louis, I was also reached out to by Emily who I spoke to for hours. Now, while most was relevant to my case, she was also just super personable! Each time I got off the phone with someone, I literally wanted to cry from how relieved I was. In just one day, this office took away any stress I had and finally put me at ease. Later on, I was assigned a case manager, Rebecca, who communicated extremely well and checked in on me to make sure I was updated on everything surrounding my case!
After my accident, I didn’t expect to find myself having to scramble for a personal injury lawyer. But I am glad to have met each of these individuals. It brings tears to my eyes just thinking about all of the help and hard work they put into my case. Also, shout out to Eben for helping me with the prep for my first scheduled deposition, even though opposing counsel rescheduled day of due to having “no Wi-Fi” :)

I spoke with Attorney Kopelson (Robert) last week concerning a traffic accident (rear-end collision).
I respectfully disagree with the very few negative Yelp reviews of Robert. I think the review gives an unfair, one-sided depiction of Robert's personality.
After speaking with Robert over the phone during a consultation with him, here are some of my honest reflections:

and to holistically understand my situation.

Mr. Robert answered a question I had on Avvo and even though he could not take our legal malpractice case against an attorney that handled over settlement funds to A third party without the consent of the attorneys client we appreciate him calling us in answering and talking and giving advice on what to do for over an hour on the telephone. There is not too many attorneys that would take an hour out of their day to get a free legal advice to a party they are not representing so we thank him very much and we want him to be recognized that’s why if you ever need a great attorney that is very passionate and caring and that will fight for you this is the attorney for you blessings ..

Attorney Gardner helped me write a small claims letter for a dispute I'm involved in. Thoroughly walked me through me options. Omar is not only compassionate, but intellectually astute and knowledgeable about many facets of the law, but especially helpful for us in solving our issues. When we were most in despair, there was Omar finding yet another solution. He is kind, patient and above all smart in what he does. I highly recommend him.

I was hit by a drunk driver at a standstill at 30 mph and suffered neck injuries as well as aggravation to a pre-existing vertigo condition. I was nervous that with a potential pre-existing condition no one would take my case, but I retained Habbas & Associates and have been very satisfied with their work on my case. I am an attorney myself so can recognize when someone is only putting in partial effort, but here they never make me feel like just another client, even given that my case is no 7 figure case. My questions are always answered and my phone calls are always promptly returned. I would recommend this firm to anyone who fell under similar misfortune and needs a personal injury attorney.

I had seen billboards advertising Mr Habbas' services and never thought too much about it. One day, an illegal alien who was unlicensed, ran a red light and T-boned my car. Fortunately, the car itself was insured (albeit low cost insurance). Habeas immediately made sure that my injuries were addressed with MRI and X-Rays. In addition, they scheduled me at physical therapy to get me back to normal as quickly as possible. After all was said and done, I recovered fully and the medical bills as well as the car repairs were completely taken care of by his office, working with the other guys. The best part was I did not expect to receive any additional monies since the insurance was a minimal coverage policy. But I did receive a small check, which I was happy to receive. I've heard horror stories of other accident attorneys not returning calls and being difficult to get in contact with. Never with Habbas. Whether it was an e-mail, or phone call, they responded usually within 1-2 days with clear, answers to my questions. Thank you Omar for the great work.
