I was injured when I was rear ended by another car. I sustained a concussion and neck trauma. Because of the concussion, I was not mentally functioning very well. GLP Attorney's was recommended by both my doctor and massage therapist. They could see that I was not functioning well. The other person's insurance company was pressuring me to fill out forms and sign them. I couldn't even think clearly to make simple decisions. So, I and my husband met with Cydney to discuss what was happening. Oh my gosh, I can't even imagine what I would have done without her help and support. I ended up getting treatment and help all the way through this ordeal. Because of Cydney's help and support, I did not have to deal with the other insurance company. She handled everything so that I could just concentrate on getting well. In the end my doctor bills and therapy bills were paid in full and I received a small settlement for all of the difficulties I went through to get well. I can't tell you how much it means to have had the support from this wonderful lady (Cydney Campbell Webster) and the (GLP Attorney's) team she works with.

I explained about my accident and injury at first in my primitive English, she was very sympathetic and really feeling for me. I just left all to her, didn’t have to do anything. I am beyond amazed at how I have been treated at Herman Law Group. I worked with Frank, Paige Lee, and Amber. They went above and beyond for me and my case. Frank answered a lot of my questions personally which I really appreciated. I needed extra hand holding and ensuring after my accident due to my decrease in my mental health. I was previously represented by Mr. Coluccio for a hotly disputed liability automobile collision. He was able to get an arbitration award 100 percent in my favor (defendant found to be completely liable). The defense then appealed the decision. Thereafter, he was able to settle the case. We highly, highly recommend Coluccio Law! My husband was rear-ended by an "underinsured" motorist. Kevin and his wonderful assistant Wanda helped us through the process of not only getting the medical bills paid, but receiving the highest possible settlement. From the moment Attorney Menzer took my case — auto accident, medical and other costs pursued by the other driver — I felt that I was in good hands. He was professional and pleasant, knowledgeable so that I knew from the start what the likely outcome would be as well as the appropriate paths that would be taken to reach that outcome. He did not need to spend a lot of time on my case because he knew what he was doing and was, therefore, extremely effective (successfully encouraging my insurance company to agree to settle for my maximum insured amount — the company was threatening to push for much less, possibly landing the case in court). We had a complicated case concerning a nursing home, so we went to several lawyers concerning this case. We were not impressed by any of them. Not until we met Matt Menzer that we knew instantly that he was the cream of the crop. He was by far the best!! Matt was extraordinarily intelligent, extremely knowledgeable, and also very likable. He was a good listener, communicator, and he explained things in a way that we could grasp and understand. He and his team always treated us with the utmost respect when we asked our many questions and talked with them on the phone.

If you’re in doubt, just call Dubin Law. I was hit by an SUV as a pedestrian that caused a traumatic brain injury and they were absolutely indispensable in helping me recover. Coming back from all my injuries to this capacity wouldn’t have been possible without them. They stressed my physical wellness and took care of all the legal headaches I hadn’t any bandwidth for and I’m so grateful they did.
My lawyers Betsylew and Josh were personable, courteous and very effective. After talking to lawyers from other firms, my introductory meeting with Josh made hiring them an easy decision. Mr. Dubin seemed like a good guy with a brilliant smile. I only met him in passing. My caseworkers were always on point and never let me hang. The office manager Vivian Wang is one of my favorite people. Beyond being a tremendous human being, she went out of her way to make sure I was ok. I lost my mind and wasn’t for a while, but her check-ins sometimes made all the difference. That lady is brilliant and her kindness is something I’ll forget. She makes the world a better place. Her office runs amazingly. Everyone communicates on a high level and always keeps their word.
If you’re injured, please take good care and look after yourself. If you’re not versed in law, please consider not shouldering the legal burden on top of recovering. I couldn’t have managed and advocated for myself. This was the second time I had talked with them and they were very informational they were definitely willing to try to help me the first time the second time they were as well even though with certain circumstances given that most other law firms probably wouldn't continue to try to take up my case they still were willing to to review everything again to see if they could help me I much appreciate them although my case was never really handled by any attorney overall cuz none of them wanted to take my case unfortunately cuz there was no homeowners insurance so it seems like it's hard to get a lawyer to kind of want to go down different road or different path to help the victim out but this one by far was willing to go an extra step even if it was for not

After getting hit by a drunk driver on 405, my boyfriend and I were lucky to be alive. We were overwhelmed with dealing with the police, work, hospitals and insurance companies - plus dealing with our own injuries. My friend recommended getting in touch with Davis Law Group. It was the best thing we could've done. From the get go we were welcomed by the staff and made to feel that our case had value. After we hired The Davis Law Group, everything was taken care of by them. They have extensive knowledge of the law and vehicle accident/injuries. Our paralegals Toni and Rory handled all transactions with the Insurance companies from the get go. They took care of paying all of the bills related to our accident and communicated with the police. All questions, we had were answered within 24 hours. My boyfriends case was wrapped up quickly but my case took about 4 years to settle -as they will tell you, sometimes it's just not a fast process. I was recently involved in a very challenging legal matter that I was told was essentially unwinnable by several trusted confidants. I turned to the Osborn Machler firm based on their reputation with difficult and complex cases, and Austin Neff was assigned as the lead attorney in my case.
From the beginning, Mr. Neff and his colleagues concurred that my case was indeed an uphill battle. But Austin immediately began to outline a legal strategy he calculated would maximize our chances of success. What stood out initially to me was his ability to explain complex legal terms and processes in a way that I could easily understand, which helped alleviate much of my anxiety—which, I admit, was through the roof.
As someone with very little exposure to the legal system, much of the strategy Austin constructed seemed almost counterintuitive to me at first. But he was very patient in explaining the reasoning for his approach at every step of the way, as I peppered him with endless layman’s questions about the law. By the time we were ready for the hearing, I almost felt like I had a couple semesters of law school under my belt.
I realize that all attorneys have multiple cases they are working on at any given moment. And I realize that they simply cannot be as emotionally involved in each of their cases as their clients are, of course. But I’ll have to admit that my level of optimism went up a notch or two when Austin looked up from a response he was reading from opposing counsel and paused and stated, “I’m starting to take this personally.”
The hearing itself was the first time I had seen Austin Neff in action in the courtroom. For moral support, the founding partner of the firm, Sim Osborn, was also at the defense table—I felt like I had a whole team behind me. Austin’s presentation of our side of the case was impressive. His arguments were incredibly articulate, nuanced, well-crafted, incisive, and on point. It was a master class in legal exposition, and even to me as a layman it was clear that he had shifted the law and the facts to our side.
Thanks to Austin Neff's hard work and tenacity, we achieved a clear, convincing, and completely favorable outcome that day. I didn’t think it was possible--I remember thinking when the judge rendered her decision, “Wait, what? We won??” The result has had a profound impact on my life, and I cannot thank Austin and the Osborn Machler firm enough for their support and expertise.

Liz was our constant support and advisor during our case against a hospital that did not provide standard of care for my husband resulting in a significantly shortened lifespan as well as a difficult one.
Liz was the one we first called or emailed with questions -- and we had lots! Never did she seem we were taking too much of her time, and she always provided her expert opinion and advice in an easy to understand, thoughtful and kind manner.
While our attorneys got to know a lot about our lives, they shared some about their own, so we enjoyed learning about Liz's children, one of whom she gave birth to during the process.
Through depositions and a mediation Liz informed us very well about the process so we weren't taken by surprise in any way. She and her colleagues (a senior attorney and paralegal) were excellent legal support. They guided us to a successful settlement while understanding that we'd trade the money for the injury to have never happened.
We struggled at first because we understood that accidents do happen, even in medicine. But Liz and her colleague made it clear that the number of errors that added up to our end result required both change and some recompense. Liz helped us share ways we believed could prevent such a future situation in a way that the hospital could hear and even implement, and the settlement money will assist us to bear more easily the stark changes in our lives we will endure during the near future.

In 2009, I went through a terrible divorce and my counselor at that time mentioned “the children are young enough you can leave now and they won’t remember you.” Had I met Nelson nd had him as my attorney from day one I am confident I would’ve been the sole custodian of the children. The “hold harmless clause” was clearly violated. Nelson rectified this situation and had made sure that my ex could not get away with more financial damage. It is now 2019, my ex still thinks we are fighting a divorce, still refuses to properly cooperate with regards and respect to our now 11-year-old daughters. I trust Nelson, he’s easy to talk to and knows the letter of the law and most importantly he does not mince words. He will be my chosen attorney from here until he retires.

Mr. Berry is a complete professional, in every sense of the word. Compassionate, honest, prudent and versatile in matters of law. I am a single mom and very able, competent and successful. I am the founder of my own non-profit, although small in scale, that serve the needy with a determined and compassionate mission statement. I had a terrible last year with personal crisis and being harassed by Cps investigators twice. The first round I was completely oblivious to what their demands and ridiculous requirements were doing to the fiber of my family. I had no attorney at that time because I thought for sure I could not afford one. The second round I was empowered and immediately reserved my 5th amendment rights to not speak to anyone until I consulted an attorney. I was able to find Mr. Berry on a fluke chance that he did not want a huge retainer for his services. His services were extremely reasonable. I am a lawyer in Pennsylvania and I just completed a Products Liability case in Pennsylvania involving the alleged failure of a defective bicycle part manufactured in another country. I had a jurisdictional problem whereby personal jurisdiction over the foreign manufacturer was at issue in Pennsylvania. Because the Statute of Limitations, (or time within which suit had to be filed) was expiring, I needed to file a protective action in Federal Court in Washington State at the last minute since the foreign defendant clearly did business in Washington State. While driving southbound on I-5 in Tacoma an underinsured motorist sideswiped a dump-truck causing it to spin around and go north in the southbound lanes and hitting us head-on. We were crushed between the spinning dump truck, the car that caused the accident and the car that rear-ended us. We hired Schroeter Goldmark & Bender to represent us.
The insurance carrier for the underinsured motorist paid us the limits under their policy. Our own insurance company basically made an offer of zero to cover life-altering and permanent injuries.
Our team at SGB of Adam Berger, Sergio Garcidueñas-Sease, Lindsay Halm and Alder Burgess took over for us. One of the most important things they did was to shield us from the stone-walling, delaying tactics of our own insurance company to whom we had paid premiums for more than 30 years. From the beginning they handled the case as if it would end up in litigation. You need attorneys like SGB that have your back and are not afraid to go to court if that is what it takes.
They had the added challenge of doing this during Covid. Thank goodness for Zoom conferences. We ultimately got a court date. Two months prior to our court date, we went to mediation, via Zoom. We didn't hold out much hope for mediation, but we were willing to make an attempt. What a surprise when the insurance company came to mediation finally willing to negotiate. After a full day of the mediator going back and forth between Zoom rooms, we came to a fair monetary settlement. We are convinced that the insurance company, even then, was only willing to negotiate because, Adam and the rest of his team were well prepared bulldogs willing to go to court if mediation failed. As they like to say, "This was not their first rodeo".
A car accident is horrible. You need the best attorneys you can find to protect your interests. Besides being professional and knowing the case inside and out, Adam and the rest of his team are compassionate and truly care about their clients.
