Jared Matz and his team are the greatest! This was me and my husband's first time ever, dealing with a situation where we had to get a lawyer involved. My former attorney had withdrawn from my auto accident case and I contacted Attorney Hawkins to take over the case. When our father died the will he left was contested by a family member. With no money for a lawyer my brother and I were forced to go it alone in court. I called Johnny asking for any advise he could give, he went above and beyond! We spoke multiple times and he gave us key insights into the law around our case and how to behave at trial. This office had my case for over a year and a half. They did not file my case in court within the time limit, which is a year for PIP benefits. This has set me back financially really bad. I have not returned back to work. With this type of over looked or unprofessionalism deed will cost me in the long run. This means no lost wages, no doctor's who treated me will be paid, no medical expense being paid, no replacement cost being paid to the people who helped me, no mileage for all that traveling time. All for a simple $235.00 fee for filing with the court in a timely matter. This should be the first thing an attorney's office should do. Also, I kept in contact with the paralegal that was on my case, ( I liked her) but no knowledge about claims statutory NOTHING! you see, I am informing now what happened. I know things happens and I wasn't going to post, but when I see another customer with similarities, I thought you know.. people need to know. Now I am stuck with paying those bills mentioned and money lost for gas etc. Wait! every time I did call the paralegal she would say it's the insurance company taking so long. while all the time Paul Whiting's office had not filed my case in court. Then when I received my records thank GOD! I got them when I did, I see where the insurance company corresponded to this attorney's office about what they were going to do with my case. UH.... shouldn't the attorney's office be asking the insurance company THIS?? I'm just saying..

Cherie and her staff do not answer phones or even bother to return phone calls. I hired her for my auto case and she messed everything up. I was lucky to get $2,500 for all my "pain and suffering." Not happy and would not recommend her to anyone.
