I'm writing this review at the end of a 3-year auto accident case. Stephen Weier and his team did an incredible job representing me after my injury. Mr. Harkins represented me in a fair and competent manor and extracted the full amount of compensation my insurance policy allowed. The insurance company had only offered 46% of my personal injury amount under my policy. Frank helped me deal with my personal injury case related to a car accident I experienced while riding in the vehicle of a friend. Talbot refused to take my case when Ben was under him. Ben saw my case and called me 3 days later and he took my case and won. I was a scared 21 year old and he made me feel okay with the whole process. He told me from day 1 that the insurance had 3 years before court and it would take them almost 3 years to agree to settle. He was honest and compassionate. I would hire him again if I ever needed his help.

I was facing 60 months for an assault and within 6 months Morgan Benfield took me to trial and got me an acquitted via an “Not Guilty” verdict from the jury.
Looking back at this process, I would sincerely tell anyone whom is looking for a defense attorney to consider hiring Morgan Benfield.
His entire philosophical process was way beyond easy and in the end, despite the flagrant dishonesty and intentional difficulty inflicted upon us by the State, especially during the pretrial process, he smoothly navigated and directed us to a big win.
If you hire Mr Benfield please understand that the courts respect him as well. For example, whenever I showed up to arraignment, the State made it crystal clear that they were going to ask for $50,000 bail. Once they’d been informed that I was represented by Morgan Benfield, that request suddenly plummeted to $15,000, the judge ultimately deciding to release me for free under my own recognizance. “Mr Cho I see that you’ve hired your own attorney” he said, prior to releasing me.
I say again Mr Benfield is super easy to work with. So easy that at times I felt uncomfortable with the lack of effort that was required of me. You literally pay for his services and let the man work. Other lawyers, many times more expensive ones will not only ask you for their fee but then will give you a packet/check list of all the things that you need to do on your end before they get started. They’ll even attach your bill on the very top as they hand it all over to you. This is the extreme opposite of Mr Benfield.
His approach is unorthodox and he even has a catch-phrase that he uses once he has them where he wants them (I won’t disclose it and ruin the fun) but by the time Morgan Benfield was finished that jury took only an hour to decide and I truly feel the only reason that it took that long was for the jury to give the pretense to the judge that they were debating amongst themselves. We were done by lunch.
Trust me. This guy is good. Thank you to all my predecessors that left reviews prior to me because without them I may have never sought out his services. Thank you again Mr Benfield for beating my charge!

I found Freeman Law by chance in a Google search when trying to find a lawyer after an accident. From the first point of contact with Kim and Amera, they were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Through my 2yr ordeal they showed compassion and kept in contact with me by phone and email to check on my well-being as well as update me with any information. He prepared the case so well we netted over 96% of the insurance policies limits during our mediation. Even more importantly he referred me to a neck and back specialist who greatly reduced my pain at least temporarily. When he told me my insurance company only offered us 4% of the available funds and he recommended filing suit for the full limit I was quite surprised. But over the years the medical bills grew and will continue to accumulate, with this settlement I should be able to get the necessary treatment for years to come. I couldn't recommend him any higher.

Loren was strongly recommended by a business associate of mine, who was confident Loren had the specific skills, knowledge, training and resources that we needed. During this very emotional experience for my wife Loren was patient and consoling, supportive and understanding the position we were in because of the damages we sustained physically, mentally and financially. Loren took time to make us comfortable, like a family member, explaining the legal process, setting our expectation of what would take place and encouraging us confidently that he would handle the case.
Our case was a result of two car accidents that took place because of other drivers. However, the insurance carrier we had secured did nothing to protect us. Our carrier allowed the other insurance companies adjuster to make determination on the damage and never inspected the vehicle to identify if the other carrier was making the correct decision or hired an un-qualified and un-licensed appraiser, while ignoring the physical damages to my wife.
Loren has resources on his staff and as contractors that gathered all the information involved in the case at a forensic level. Loren and his team developed a timeline of events, identified failures that our carrier failed to properly investigate the damages and uncovered the negligence the insurance carrier willfully allowed and/or encouraged. The evidence they collected allowed a settlement out of court that expedited the closure needed to recover physically and financially.

Mr. Balerud was very helpful to me in an extremely difficult situation. I had been arrested for DUI, and since I had only ever gotten one speeding almost 20 years ago, I didn't know what to do! He met with me for a free one hour consultation, and discussed everything (to the last detail) that happened that day. He really listened to me, even taking notes, then went over all my options from best case scenario to worst. He was quick to meet me for my first court appearance, so I really felt like I wasn't alone, I had someone on my side. It can be a scary experience if you haven't been there before! Tom walked me through what to expect at each court appearance, advised me what I needed to do legally to fulfill court requirements, and helped me locate the assessment centers, and where to take my required classes. He was a great support, even offering words of encouragement as I cried! He was able to get my DUI charge changed to negligent driving, and I was able to save my self-respect and my job. After several emails with his assistant, a phone consultation is arranged. During the conversation he says that he's not sure if he can represent me, and is also unsure if I can sue my employer, or if I'll have to sue workers comp. He tells me that he will look into it, and if he's unable to represent me, he'll talk to some buddies in Idaho (where I'm at), and recommend someone to me. After 3+ months of writing emails back and forth with his assistant, and never getting any answers, I've decided to move on, and find another attorney. i’m not sure exactly why Darrell is at four stars on this rating ,when he should be at five and preferably 10 ,Mr. Cochran visited me when I was in a state penitentiary ,and with his own time and resources he battled insurance companies and the state Attorney General’s office , who with unlimited resources at their disposal re fused to admit liability in my case or accept any culpibility, Darrell steadfastly protected my interests when at the time I was indigent and had no resources to fight these huge entities that were violating my civil rights and liberties ..Mr. Cochran has throughout his entire career made it a staple to his itinerary to fight for people who cannot afford to fight for themselves against entities and corporations with unlimited resources who utilize their power and influence to violate the civil liberties of others ..Darrell Cochran embodies every attribute that I wish every attorney in the state or in the country had for their professionalism ,,,put it quite simply the best Atty I’ve ever seen in my life, and that’s a fact

Darrell is a great attorney. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of assistance with large companies or auto accidents. I have talked to Darrell for a little over a year, sometimes on a daily basis. He is very knowledgeable of the law and puts his clients rights first. I hired this attorney for a workers compensation claim. The office totally did nothing and dropped the ball on an issue that he was alerted to that needed to be addressed immediately. I was lectured and treated rudely by his legal assistant or whatever the person may have been (maybe just a receptionist handling my claim). I think he is too comfortable making too much money off of people doing a poor job.
