Benn working with Mr. Farahan for over a year, we was recommended to me and now I recommend him to you. In my DUI case things were looking very bad for me.. But Mr. Farahan pulled off the impossible and got me a slap on the wrist compared to the harsh sentence I was looking at. I had hired Richard Spencer as an attorney for an accident case I had, which Richard had successfully litigated and won. Richard really makes you (the client) the priority.
The main thing that stood out for me and why I keep referring friends and family to Richard is that he really focuses on his clients. He always took the time to speak with me, as a matter of fact he still does. Richard gives you a sense of your taken care of, a "Guardian Angel" is working in your favor, someone you can count on.

I would not recommend this firm for anyone. They're terrible and don't give a damn. If you look at their older reviews, you'll be tempted to sign up if they'll take you. They'll make it sound like they're doing you a favor, because they, "...only take high-value cases," etc. And then, they'll be nowhere to be found, and you'll be the bottom of the barrel. Go find a firm with people who actually care, who don't rest on their own laurels, and who will actually fight FOR you, not WITH you (like my first attorney at this firm did). Best of luck if you do choose them. It'll be a Hail Mary! Tina is too busy attending events in fancy dresses and doing interviews these days...I've never had any contact with her.

Avoid at all costs. I had the misfortune of using an attorney from this firm. They over charge, and then proceeded to do the bare minimum. In court they are too passive letting the other side have their way resulting in my child suffering as a result.
Do not let your family suffer.
Update: my attorney from this firm contacted me about my review. They stated that their poor work was intended to save me money. I never asked for that.
