I had hired Richard Spencer as an attorney for an accident case I had, which Richard had successfully litigated and won. I would not recommend this firm for anyone. They're terrible and don't give a damn. If you look at their older reviews, you'll be tempted to sign up if they'll take you. They'll make it sound like they're doing you a favor, because they, "...only take high-value cases," etc. And then, they'll be nowhere to be found, and you'll be the bottom of the barrel. Go find a firm with people who actually care, who don't rest on their own laurels, and who will actually fight FOR you, not WITH you (like my first attorney at this firm did). Best of luck if you do choose them. It'll be a Hail Mary! Tina is too busy attending events in fancy dresses and doing interviews these days...I've never had any contact with her.

Not a trial attorney. Brags about having the "eye of tiger" and going to trial, then simultaneously brags about being a "mediator", when he's supposed to be an attorney. A plaintiff hires an attorney to obtain the best result, recovery and punishment on the defendant to fit the defendant crime. With Greg Stone, he walked me into an unconscionable settlement agreement with a criminal defendant including a literal violation of my constitutional rights to remove facts about the defendant from the internet. Just goes to show you that all attorneys are lazy.

Avoid at all costs. I had the misfortune of using an attorney from this firm. They over charge, and then proceeded to do the bare minimum. In court they are too passive letting the other side have their way resulting in my child suffering as a result.
Do not let your family suffer.
Update: my attorney from this firm contacted me about my review. They stated that their poor work was intended to save me money. I never asked for that.
