I had a minor incident involving my dog at a dog park that the other party is trying to escalate into a major problem. Bob Khakshooy immediately took my call, calmly assessed the circumstances, and advised me of my options. He also helped me to know how to approach it to have the best possible outcome for protecting my dog. Bob is also an animal lover and offered his services as a no-cost consultation. I am impressed with his professionalism, attentiveness, knowledge, calming demeanor, and generosity, especially given he wasn't going to charge me. Some attorneys offer "free consultations" as a way to generate business, but once they evaluate your case and determine there's no money in it for them, they won't spend any more time with you. I 100% recommend Bob Khakshooy and will call California Attorney Group again, should I need assistance with a personal injury event. Thank you, Bob! You are greatly appreciated.

I chose Haleh's Law Office to represent me after reading glowing reviews about their services, but unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. Initially, I was hopeful, especially after they took on my case, but as time passed, I became increasingly frustrated with the lack of communication and poor service.
For nearly two years, I received no updates, no phone calls, no emails—nothing. It felt as though my case was being completely ignored. Over the course of my case, I had at least five different case managers, each of whom seemed to forget to contact me at the correct phone number, despite me calling twice to update them with my information. On top of that, there were several scheduling issues. I was booked for appointments I had already attended, and once, they even scheduled an unnecessary appointment, waited 2 hours only for Haleh's office to tell me it had been canceled when I informed them i showed up and waited but the office never opened. This lack of communication and organization made it difficult to trust the team handling my case.
I tried reaching out to express my concerns, but my emails went unanswered. It felt like my case just wasn’t a priority for them. After five years of waiting, I finally received my settlement in the mail—but there was no follow-up from the office. No explanation, no acknowledgment, just a check in the envelope.
Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. I honestly feel that my case wasn’t given the attention it deserved, and had I worked with a more responsive team, I might have secured a better settlement. While the initial reviews were promising, my personal experience was far from satisfactory.

So grateful that my friend Samantha referred me to David and his amazing firm after a really unfortunate accident. The staff at this firm cares and are the most considerate. I can't say enough about this law firm. I got injured ,wasn't sure where to turn. A friend recommended Setareh Law, they helped with my medical needs, was in constant contact with me, did not do what a lot of the horror stories I had heard about lawyers do. My initial impression of Kathleen was very positive—she came across as competent, driven, and solution-oriented. I spent months organizing and sourcing all my court paperwork at her request, which was the hard part of the process. However, once I completed this, the experience went downhill quickly.
Her 'team' began giving me the runaround. I reached out over six times to get an appointment, and they canceled multiple times. Despite this, I gave grace, trusting my first impression of Kathleen. After yet another cancellation, they said I would have to wait until the new year to be seen. I requested a date for 2025, booked months in advance, but the appointment came and went without any communication from her office.
I reached out to express my disappointment over the wasted months of effort on a sensitive case not to mention the $800 consult fee, urging Kathleen to do better. Her response was dismissive—claiming her staff said I had new representation (which is false) and that she is not taking 'new' clients. There was not even an apology for the months of wasted time, lack of communication, or the sheer number of follow-ups I had to initiate.
This was a deeply disappointing experience, marked by unprofessionalism and poor taste. I cannot recommend Kathleen based on my experience.

When I discovered that my former employer had fabricated complete lies about my conduct at work and attempted to slander my name and also succeeded in getting my rightful unemployment denied to me I was at a complete loss of what to do.
I called a number of lawyers who were all dismissive and/or told me I didn't have a case. I was starting to feel really disheartened and didn't think there would be a way out of this and that my former company would get away with all of these heinous untruths and lack of justice.
Then - Assaf called me back after leaving a message at his firm.
He was incredibly willing and open to speak to me and hear all of the particulars of the case completely. His energy was fantastic and he said we have a case!
Throughout the weeks leading up to the hearing he was always available and we spoke many times and he was always willing to give me an enormous amount of his time and energy.
He guided me through the entire process and helped me to see what was important and what wasn't in regards to the case.
On the day of the hearing we were prepared and ready and we laid out the entire truth of the whole situation to the judge.
A few days later we got the decision - we had won!
I honestly don't believe I would have made it without him because he was emotionally supportive and prevented me from giving up. His fee was reasonable and his willingness to work with my financial situation was admirable.
He was pretty much fantastic. He also helped me to keep all of my integrity and honesty and we won fair and square.
I would want him to help me in any legal matters whatsoever. He is a real honest guy and he changed my life with his counsel.

I had been ripped off by my previous employers, and for a whole year, they refused to answer a demand letter sent to them by the first attorney. When I got to Mr. Assaf Lichtash, he was very welcoming and positive about getting me my unpaid wages. In a short time, he sent communication to the parties and aggressively pursued the case. They would use underhanded tactics like failing to reply in time, until he took them court. They finally agreed to settle out of court, and Mr. Lichtash successfully negotiated a reasonable settlement on my behalf.
I am really grateful to him, his wonderful staff, and the professional manner in which he handled case.
I highly recommend Mr. Assaf Lichtash to all those with unpaid wages claims. He is very knowledgeable and helpful.

We lucked out with lawyer Jeffrey Cowan. Beginning with what we thought would be a fairly straightforward dispute, Mr. Cowan represented us in a business lawsuit that turned out to be very complex and required immense involvement before we effectively won. Each concern was heard and understood, important questions and explanations of the court processes were explained, and we always felt like we were in very capable hands.
