It makes a huge difference when you walk into court with an attorney that commands respect from his peers. I feel I had that with Mr. Weinberg. Bill is extremely knowledgeable in his field and obviously respected in the court room. He was very straight forward with me and fought the long fight to see justice prevail. Lauren and Katy were both a pleasure to work with! They listened to how we wanted to deal with our divorce and did not pressure us in any way to do things differently. They professionally guided us through every step, providing rationale for what was needed.

Bell and the rest of the lawyers here do not fight for anything. Don’t waste your time with the people here. Go elsewhere. They will ignore your emails and calls then have an excuse two years later. Worst lawyers in California. They also let the defendant control them along with the court.

I never thought I would need to retain a lawyer to assist me after a layoff, but that was not the case recently. Many thanks to Dawn Knepper for was instrumental in helping me navigate this unknown world of using an employment lawyer to help negotiate an exit based on discrimination and whistleblower retaliation. Not only was Dawn able to keep me informed and educated every step of the way, there may have been many times when she had to even play the role of “Therapist” - such a mix of emotions, from anger, sadness, shock but Dawn kept me focused on what was important and helped manage expectations.
When we were working to finalizing the negotiations and the other side was not budging, and neither were we, she was able to showcase what moving forward past negotiations into the litigation stage would look like for both myself and my employer. This was enough for my company to settle for what we asked for, much more than what Dawn had said was typical to expect from this type of case.
Happy unfortunately is not a word one can use regardless of outcome - the mix of emotions of being forced out and one’s reputation being destroyed, however I left much more than satisfied.
One will be lucky to work with Dawn Knepper for any employment issue.

So far so good! I owe a big thank you to Brian here. My manager to make a long story short terminated my brother and suspended me for calling out some serious safety concerns in our work environment and said the reasons for the discipline were unrelated. And its been quite a challenge to find anyone that will at least hear my brother and I out, until I came across Brian. Not only was he willing to hear me out he also provided guidance on how to tread in these tricky waters. It's attorneys like this that give decent hard working people like us the support we need and the motivation necessary to fight back when companies think they can smile in our faces one day then send us packing the next. Before Stan, I had searched or talked to other lawyers and these lawyers kinda talked down to me and made me feel like my case was pointless without hearing my statement. They just assumed. When I came across Stan, he responded immediately and sat and listened to my every word. Made me feel like I was truly valued and that my case wasent something "pointless". He put real effort in my case and kept me updated when need be. And when I needed an answer, he gave it to me straight forward but not harsh where he's talking down to you. John Schaffer was absolutely fantastic! Our lawsuit was a very time consuming frivolous suit brought against our daughter by a delusional aquaintance who was upset with her and happens to be a lawyer himself. John was on top of every deadline and took the time to keep us appraised and encouraged. He was able to enlighten the plaintiffs attorney of the ridiculousness of this suit and have it dropped.

Mr. Whiteside helped me when the owner of the home I was renting tried to evict me on false pretenses. He worked diligently to find that the eviction was unlawful and that the owner just wanted me out so that they could sell the property. He worked with the property management company that was forced to act on behalf of the actual owner to come to a peaceful resolution. After two letters to the owner and property management company pointing out the grounds for which they were trying to evict me were illegal and we would pursue further legal action, the situation was resolved and I am currently still residing in the home until the end of my lease.

I found attorney Kashif Haque through online research. I was nervous about hiring a lawyer. I scheduled an appointment with him to see if he can help me out with my wrongful termination case. He walked me through the litigation process. Although the case took a long time to make it to court (state budget problems are causing delays), my former employer did not want to face attorney Kashif Haque in court and offered me a settlement offer I couldn't refuse. Had I known it would have been this easy, I would have called him sooner!

I was told several months ago that it would take three months for the pay out it has now been way over that time and I still have not received anything every call I make to my attorney he never wants to answer and when he does he says he's still waiting for a response from certain appointments which is not true because they all responded already , interesting that attorneys can take a bigger percentage out of the settlement the longer they have it in their hands do not come to mvp accident attorneys!!

Tina Locklear represented me in a wrongful termination case. Tina is an amazing lawyer that was very attentive to my every question. She listened to me explain my situation and then gave me my options. I was given two options on how to pay. I was also given a 10% prompt pay discount when paying my bill, which is a great savings. Tina laid out, step by step, how the case would most likely be played out. She included a time frame for each step of the case and the cost associated with each step. She thoroughly explained the process to me and she answered every single one of my questions in a timely manner. I am extremely happy with the settlement that I was awarded and it is due to the hard work of Tina Locklear and her staff. I highly recommend her.

I had a very positive experience with Tina Locklear and her Law Firm. I hired her to represent me for a Federal EEO case. My case was a non-selection racial discrimination case. I was told by other reputable law firms that I had only a 2 percent chance of wining the case. Most law firms wouldn’t touch my case. However, after I contacted her law firm and explained everything regarding my case, they agreed to represent me. The federal agency which I brought the discrimination case against made it clear that under no circumstances would they settle my case. Tina’s experience, legal maneuvers and tenacity are second to none. As we began to prepare for the hearing, the Agency buckled under the weight of the strength of my case.
