Best lawyer ever! I am a Admin who was harassed, discriminated, retaliated against and called a trouble maker. I contact Scott he was so helpful and understanding. I knew right away he was the right person for the job. People who are afraid to speak up need to contact Scott. He was my mouth piece fighting for my rights at work. Innocent, dismissed, withdrawn, are what you want to hear throughout your case. Accusations are upsetting, you’re angry, you want to get up and fight. That’s your Attorney’s job, to reassure you that we’ll get to the bottom of this. Have patience, be calm and cool, understand the process.
I couldn’t have asked for a better Attorney to represent me than Ashleigh Russell.
Ashleigh was responsive to me throughout the entire case, even before and after court hours. She’s not just some ghosting lawyer with a mountain of cases that you think you’re doing all the work for and takes days or weeks to get an answer from.

My experience here was horrible willing to take your money but don’t put in no work I had Brian first for my first court date then he got drop from me and I got Catherine the worst ever she showed no care for what I was going through due to the fact of me trying to get my son back home in Connecticut. It’s like she was working against me with the other party. I would email her and she takes for ever to respond I won’t get a respond until the next day if so. Then she try to tell me oh I should be glad dad didn’t put me on child support for my son because dad have temporary residential custody mean while dad is on child support and never paid a dollar since be been on child support now tell me how that make sense?. The front desk lady got upset with me when I wanted to change her and get somebody else who would actually care about my situation asking why I wanna change Cathrine as if they doing me a free job like I’m not paying these people my hard working money. Cathrine should no compassion to how I feel as a mother about my situation regarding my child. would I recommend anybody to this law firm HELL NOOOOOO!

I am very impressed with Mr. Slepian's work ethic. I consulted him with a question about possible actions to take, and he took the time to thoroughly understand the background of my immigration process. He was the first lawyer to do this, and as a non-native speaker, I really appreciated that he spoke slowly and clearly. He also didn’t try to push his services on me. My experience with Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik, PLLC was breathtaking. I was run over by a car in Harlem while crossing a crosswalk with the right of way. The guy driving was 100% at fault. The state bar of NY enthusiastically recommend I set up a consultation with them. So I had a 5 minute call with his paralegal, Joanne O’Connell, it was nice. She wanted me to send my neurologist medical records to review and the detailed police report. Made it happen. Then, all communication ceased. No email was replied to thereafter. The only reason I can come up with is that Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik genuinely believe there is no merit in finding justice for pedestrians who wrongfully get run over by a car in the state of New York left with long-term injuries.
So I found an actual attorney who got to work, now everything is good.
This concludes my final thoughts on KD&R for now. I’m extremely honored to have been in Joanne’s presence. She and KD&R are extraordinary human beings - but has no follow through and all that talk lead to nothing.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Susan. Not only does she have excellent communication skill and its easy to get in touch with her but she also goes above and beyond to make sure all my questions and concerns are answered. On a recommendation, I reached out to Tiffany at Young & Ma regarding what would become a discrimination lawsuit against my former employer. What really stood out to me at the beginning was getting a near-immediate response after I contacted her, followed by a phone call. Since things were very raw at the time, this was incredibly appreciated and made me feel heard from the start. In addition to being very empathetic, Tiffany told me the truth. I knew what to expect from the start, and she kept me in the loop as the case progressed. She asked me the right questions which provided insight into facts and issues where the law was broken that I didn’t even realize. I could go on and on about how professionally the case was handled, but the most important thing is that Tiffany made me feel confident that I was right and that I was justified in my allegations. That will always be something that I’ll remember about a situation that was scary and confusing. When we settled, I walked into the courtroom at peace and told my story. Samantha called me and asked for the details of the case. I was speaking to her a mile a minute because having to regurgitate all of this up again was a bit scary. Samantha stated that if it were okay, I could write my experiences down, and she would contact me the following Monday or Tuesday. Therefore, I gave her a prewritten document about 4-5 pages long.
