I didn’t know Derek and I was referred to him by a friend. I took a chance and retained him as my lawyer on a civil lawsuit I had going on between my business and another. Long story short that was the best referral I ever had. Derek is very knowledgeable, courteous and punctual which is very important when it comes to money. I will always use him for the rest of my life for any civil matters that may occur, and I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a lawyer. Thank you Derek

Derek and Laura did a fantastic job of keeping me involved in everything. Even filling out simple paperwork Derek was available for phone calls. There was twice I even sent him an email at 5 AM and got a response within 30 minutes. They worked closely with me to the point I felt as if I was there only client! I’d like to say thank you! Derek Metts handled two unrelated home insurance claims for us, and both were highly successful outcomes in our favor. Derek truly cares about his clients, and exemplifies all of the things you hope to find in a lawyer: approachable, professional, responsive and trustworthy.

Mr. Metts was incredibly helpful throughout my car accident case. This was my first time using an attorney and he took the time to walk me through every step.
