I cannot recommend them enough! Everything was discussed thoroughly with me and in a way I could understand. As well, I was so anxious about the whole process and they made everything so easy. Mr. Elkins even attended an appointment with me with a doctor hired by the insurance company so that I hopefully didn’t feel pressured or wasn’t asked any questions I didn’t feel comfortable answering. It wasn’t a long wait before I got the settlement for my injury and I just can’t stress how easy they made the whole process! You will not regret working with them :)

Could not have hired a better firm to handle my injury case from a rear end collision i encountered. Dan not only stayed in contact with me throughout the entire 8 month process but followed up to make sure i was feeling well! I wont be going anywhere else! I feel like Sanchez and Brown are my partners!

Daniel and his father Alan both worked hard on my case for three years. My case was a tricky and intricate one that involved specific detailing that needed to kept my sons best interest in mind . Which they both did , without Daniel and Alan I don’t know what I would of done through all of it. I’m very pleased with their assistance and the final outcome of the case.

I hired Dan as a bankruptcy lawyer. His knowledge and willingness to assist me in my case was superb. He is super down to earth, funny and resourceful. He responded to all of my texts right away if I needed clarity on anything. He is straight forward and let's you know everything that could happen and what he thinks would happen. This was a very long and exhausting divorce 3 years too long, but Daniel Elkins has been there every step of the way helping me in all the twist and turns that came my way. I can not thank him enough for everything he has done.

Mr. Daniel Elkins was incredible to work with. After a year of struggling with a previous Attorney, who I ultimately fired, Dan got involved in my case and within 3 months had it resolved. He treated me with respect and dignity and he stayed on top of the case continually keeping me informed of changes and options. I recommend Dan Elkins highly! My only regret is that I didn't call him first.
