i searched long and hard before I made a decision on who to use for my bankruptcy. When i found Fresh Start Law I found the positive responses from past clients that made me more curious, once I made contact with Matthew we spoke and he took an interest in me as a person and understood this was just a bad time in life for me. He listened and gave advice and I felt positive about the future after the 1st contact. Long story short my case was far from typical financially I make a good amount of money and this did pose a challenge for my case. Matthew being knowledgeable about the law knew of a way we could file that he was even excited about since he had never filed in this manner. It was a challenge I will be honest considering all the additional documents that were requested. But like I said my situation wasn't a typical one. The day of the meeting with the Trustee I sat and watched as a few others filing got ripped down and seemed quite unprepared, even though they had legal representation. All I could think is, you get what you pay for... My name is called I go sit down, I was asked 5 or 6 questions and she thanked me for coming and said have a nice day..... Wait.... Sooooo... I'm done?? That was it?? All said in my head, but yup that was it.. I'm truly grateful for the Fresh Start that I got from Fresh Start Law I honestly couldn't have picked a better Law firm to assist me.. Thanks Matt & Anna

I can not find the words to explain my appreciation for Mr. Gross & his staff. For many years I have wanted to file for bankruptcy and have met with several attorneys but didn’t feel comfortable. When I met Mr. Gross, I felt incredibly comfortable and not judged on my decision to start the bankruptcy process. He and is staff are very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful through the entire process. I left my meeting of creditors knowing that I had chosen the right attorney when I watched many others go before me. As we now wait for the discharge, I feel a huge weight lifted off my shoulders, Mr. Gross made this possible. I am forever appreciative for my attorney & his staff and would highly recommend his office to anyone that is ready to get their financial life back.

I was so scared at first... it’s not an easy decision when filing bankruptcy. But I quickly felt comfortable after meeting with Mathew Gross. He listened, and I didn’t feel judged at all. I was nervous and did not know what to expect. I spoke to several people before finding Matt. Once I spoke to him and met him in person , I knew Matt was the right person. He is very down to earth and easy to talk to. He and his assistant always get back to you ASAP. They have been great through the entire process . I started back in May.
