Derek and Laura did a fantastic job of keeping me involved in everything. Even filling out simple paperwork Derek was available for phone calls. There was twice I even sent him an email at 5 AM and got a response within 30 minutes. They worked closely with me to the point I felt as if I was there only client! I’d like to say thank you! Derek assisted us with a lawsuit with our insurance company. Throughout the process, Derek kept us informed of the progress and was always easily accessible for questions. The outcome was exactly what we hoped for and we would not hesitate to seek Derek’s council in the future.

Metts Legal was there for me when I needed vital information to move forward with a Summons I received. They treated me with respect and decency, and answered every question I had quickly and judgement-free. Because of them, I felt relief, and I felt more confident in myself moving forward. Story time: I received a summons for debt collection (I will not say who nor the amount for privacy). I was being sued, and for the first time in my life. I panicked, and I tried to contact anyone that would listen for 48 hours. I couldn't focus on my work, I couldn't sleep, and couldn't relax. I know it was only 48 hours -- but the stress was killing me. Not knowing what would happen next, my options, etc. To make matters worse, every lawyer I contacted either was a dead-end with no response or flat-out said "no" for helping my case. And all I wanted to know were my options!! I just wanted to know what I should OR can do moving forward. That's where Metts comes in.
