Esperó una llamada o una respuesta de usted ya sea por teléfono o por correo electrónico.

I needed an attorney for a potential wrongful death medical malpractice/negligence case concerning my Mother. I met with Mr. Torres’ paralegal Miriam. Did a complete intake, was advised I had a case. Although, they would refer the case to another attorney that specialized in medical malpractice. I was advised by Miriam to send her my Mothers medical records. I email Miriam my Mothers medical records on 11/03/2023 immediately when I received them. I TRIED to follow up with Miriam as to the status of the case and the one time I got ahold of Miriam early on was told “ I got the medical records and there is nothing more you need to do”. After hearing NOTHING, I continued to TRY and TRY to follow up by emailing Miriam, leaving voice mails for Miriam, with NO RESPONSE!!! I FINALLY got in touch with Mr. Torres on 01/28/2024. He advised me there was no record of my Mothers case. Once I provided my email evidence I had sent the information, I was advise by Mr. Torres he would speak to his paralegal, Miriam, and have the case sent over to the other attorney by his paralegal, Miriam. After 3 weeks of not hearing ANYTHING back from the Torres law firm I contacted the other attorneys office on 02/14/2024, Left a message and was called back on 02/16/2024 I was advised that NOTHING, Thats right, NOTHING had been sent to him from the Torres Law firm!!! Miriam strikes again!!!!! Then to make matters worse, I was informed by the other law firm: the way the Florida Law is written for malpractice/negligence, at this time, I have no case based on the FREE KILL LAW. The Torres Law Firm could have explained this to me at that initial meeting. Devastating as this information is me, a lot of waiting and anxious anticipation thinking I would bring justice for my Mother could have been avoided!!!! So, in my opinion, I WOULD NOT recommend this law firm to anyone based on my above mentioned experience! If I could have given negative stars, I would have!

After a lot of searching on the web and calling different attorneys and some of them didn’t even bother to call back Jonathan actually was simply amazing. Jonathan not just answer the phone but went beyond all of our expectations by resolving and winning our immigration case . Jonathan put all effort and on top of everything else Jonathan maintain communication , delivered and closed the case . Caso cerrado !! Job well done . Definitely not going with another attorney ever if Jonathan will be around .

Mr. Torres did a fantastic job representing me. He was very organized, prepared and showed great interest in my case. His performance level in hearings was superb. Mr. Torres was also mindful of being efficient with the hours put into my case. He was able to achieve the greatest outcome I could ask for in two separate hearings. I hired Mr Torres for child support and child custody and I'm a father who just found out I had a child living in another state who was 8 years old so the case was definitely not simplistic.It was an absolute pleasure having attorney Torres represent me. I have had my fair share of dealings with attorneys and Mr Torres far exceeds anything you would expect. He is very straightforward and honest. He really put in work to make sure that he understood my case and fought for me tooth and nail. as far as attorneys I consider him one of the greats I just don't think he knows it yet which is good for anybody trying to get a great lawyer for a decent price. lol. But in all seriousness if you need an attorney that opens his mouth in the courtroom, that argues your case relentlessly, and stands up for what's right in your case there is no one better than attorney Torres.
