The customer service from the initial call all the way through resolution was top tier. I recieved a lawsuit (wont get into the details, but be leary of debt loans/consolidation companies). I was reluctant to even fight the suit because it seemed like it would be more stress added, but my first communication with the debtor left me feeling powerless. Fast forward 34 days, my debt was settled for 20% of the original amount and the terms of the settlement left me in awe. The reviews are real!!
