Law Offices of Matthews R. Bark saved me when I thought all hope was lost. My case lasted nearly THREE years and he diligently worked his magic to get my case downgraded from a DUI to Nolo contendere to reckless driving with ZERO points on my driver’s license and the ability to have my records sealed after a year. I don’t have to pay the special insurance or have a breathalyzer installed in my car which is huge. I have no doubt we would have won the case if it had gone to trial (I was planning on doing this) but after years of court appointments I was exhausted and since the end result after having my records sealed is the same I decided to take the plea. BUT Matthews found holes in the case left and right and I’m confident we would have won.
