Overall, they handled my case well. However, there seems to be a communication issue within the company. Therefore, you should state your case very clearly to Steven D. Kramer, and make sure you are in the same page with them before you acquire their services

Matthews is by far the best thing that could've happened in my case! At my age getting such a horrible charge I though everything was over.
