Very grateful for the resolution of the case which resulted in the case being dismissed and the entire debt forgiven.

If you are in search of a fair family attorney, RUN from the most greedy, timid and unethical law firm out there. 0 stars is deserved. As a freshly single mom, I was in desperate need of representation. When contacting their firm, the representative told me my case would be $2500-$3000 and I ecstatically scheduled the $300 consultation. During the consultation, Janelise informed me that she needed $4000 but she was going to use that through mediation. After hiring them on, I receive a call from the paralegal, Kayla, stating that she needs a payment of $300 in order to file paperwork with the court, outside of the $4000 they received. It was stated on multiple occasions that we would be seeking financial relief from opposing counsel for attorney’s fees, but that was never even attempted. Prior to us scheduling mediation, opposing counsel schedules a hearing. As we are approaching the hearing, I get a call from Kayla saying that all of the $4000 had been drained and they would need $2000 in order to represent me at the upcoming hearing. In tears, I ask how that was possible as only emails have been sent from their firm over to opposing counsel and I’ll never forget the response from Kayla, “Well, I gotta get paid too”. Horrible. In the courtroom, there was no aggression to defend me. It wasn’t until we were sitting in front of a Judge that Janelise leaned over and said “The Judge was never going to sign off on what you wanted”. After the 30 minute hearing, opposing counsel typed up the stipulations from the hearing and emailed the it over to TK, who then forwarded the order to me. Kayla then calls me to see how we are moving forward with the case and tells me “you’re in the red” with payment. Again, baffled, I asked her how much and how that was possible. She starts by saying $423 and then somehow it jumps to $1330…. OWED. For forwarding an email to me. When discussing financials with her, she advises that I “have them withdraw from the case while I pull together some funds and then hire them back on in a few months”. At no point did she mention they charge you $1000 to withdraw from your case. So they did just that. They charged my card $2,330 to withdraw from my case, and completely drained everything that I had saved up for me and my kids to start our life over. They should honestly be ashamed of themselves. There are SO MANY other law firms out there that are really willing to work with you, not bait and switch you into a contract and actually care about their clients that you can go too. If I knew then, what I know now about this firm, I would have NEVER hired them on for representation. Such a horrible experience.

I had a DUI that was brought down to reckless driving with no adjudication. This was my first ever time being arrested or getting in trouble. I feel like they didn’t do anything more than a public defender would other than charge me $5000. I pled guilty because they felt that was my best option. I didn’t get into an accident, didn’t hit anything, was pulled for running a red light. I then afterwards had issues with the community service and my PO said my lawyer needs to file a motion. They wanted to charge me an additional $500 to file the motion which is 100% related to the case I already paid $5000 for. They are a money grab and literally do nothing more than a public defender. Save your money. I wish I did.

Brian @ the power law firm & Terry are awesome people who always answer your phone call, they do what they say & say what they do! And you just get that feeling of the weight lifted off your shoulders. "awe"as soon as you get off the phone with them problems are solved .you don't need to pull money out of your pocket they have awesome payment plans that is way better than getting beat in court and still on that money they will wipe that out almost guarantee it definitely recommend to anybody that's getting sued by a third party credit card company I can speak for myself on that highly recommend!

Going through a divorce is a challenging and emotional experience, but TK Law made it much easier with their expertise, professionalism, and compassion. At the beginning it will take time to understand how the whole process works, the timings, and all but they were quick to respond and clear with their communications. The lawyers and paralegals worked as a team to ensure all my questions were answered.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had with an attorney! Bryan knows what he is doing, and will personally talk you through everything so you fully understand what is going on. He was very quick to answer any questions or communication I had with him. Everything went smoothly and it really helped ease the anxiety of everything that was going on. Hoping I never have to experience the issue I had, but if I do, I will definitely be reaching out and doing business with him again!
