If I can give lawyer Indest and "The Health Lawfirm" a trillion stars, I would be a NASA astronaut and fly to the galaxies to get Him those stars. I was criminally accused by the Department of Health. The charges were so serious that they could jeopardize my nursing career, future and family without any doubt. Lawyer Indest graciously accepted my case and worked relentlessly to get my case dismissed. Yes, He got the case dismissed!!! He is incredibly experienced and has deep knowledge of health law. He tackled my case aggressively with all his legal acumen until we won!!. His Team were very responsive every time to all my questions and kept me updated all the time with the status of my case. I got a great value for my money. I can't say or thank Him and "The Health LawFirm" enough for what He did for me. Forever, I will remain indebted of gratitude to them . Thank you Lawyer Indest and "The Health LawFirm"!!!!!

I am grateful to the Health Law firm for the fabulous work they did for me. They are not cheap, and they are very transparent about that. So, if do not have a big issue, you may be better off looking else where. However, for those life-altering/career -changing challenges, better call The health Law Firm. From their support staff eg. Amanda P, Shelly L. to lawyers like Amanda F, Mr. Indest, everyone was very patient, supportive but at the same time very professional. They efficiently work together to put a case together in a very short time. I recommend them

I contacted The Health Law Firm after several attempts to contact my previous employer for assistance regarding a notification for Writ of Summons on a patient I had seen more than 2 years ago. I had moved out of the state from which I had previously practiced and had transitioned to being a stay at home mom. After more than two years of being away from the profession, I found myself shocked at the notice sent to my home address and frustrated with the inability to find clarity regarding the reason for the civil action against me. As a practitioner who invests time and care into each patient and has high ethical standards, it was difficult to accept the position I was in. I went as far as to contact the plaintiff’s attorney to express my care for the patient in question. After several dead ends, an internet search led me to contact The Health Law Firm. At that point I had begun to feel hopeless in the matter and thought I had no choice but to surrender to the waiting game and see what would come of this case. I called asking for a reference regarding lawyers in Pennsylvania since I relocated to Texas and could not personally meet with a lawyer. After his legal aid heard more of my story over the phone, Mr. Indest himself called me back and spent time speaking necessary wisdom, compassion and guidance regarding my case. I immediately felt empowered and assured that with his help, this matter would receive the necessary attention it needed. From that point on The Health Law Firm responded to my inquiry with swiftness and persistence. They were communicative, consistent and I never felt like any of my questions were left unanswered. Even when it was evident that he had been successful in obtaining representation for me through my previous employer, Mr. Indest was thorough and checked back multiple times to ensure that I indeed did have support and representation. I would highly recommend The Health Law Firm. Mr. Indest has a passion for the law and serving people that is unequivocal and quite frankly rare in our current age.

I am a Nursing Home Administrator who is being sued. I called the Health Law Firm to discuss my case and to receive legal advice regarding my case. Attorney George F. Indest III provided me excellent and sound advice regarding my situation. He then went above and beyond by contacting the Plaintiff's attorney getting the name of the defense attorney. He then got in touch with the defense attorney and discussed my case and situation with her. The defense attorney reached out to me immediately after speaking with attorney George F. Indest III and I now have representation for my case. Even though I did not need to hire The Health Law Firm, they are the only law firm that helped me immediately and gave me a resolution within 24 hours of my call to them. Let me just say out of the Fifteen(15) other attorneys I reached out to and yes I mean 15. The Health Law Firm was my knight-in-shining-armor during a most stressful time in my life. I cannot thank them enough for their help. And If I ever find myself in a situation and need an attorney THE HEALTH LAW FIRM is my first call.

Mr. Indest represented me this year in a legal matter with the Florida State Board of Pharmacy. While I've not had need for legal counsel in over 25 year of practice when such an occasion came up I was very pleased with how the firm (and specifically Mr. Indest) handled the matter so professionally. From the first day I was contacted by the office and until the resulting dismissal of the claim he offered excellent communication, patiently answered questions. It took a huge burden off of my mind so that I was able to focus on my job. Thank you very my Mr. Indest for your legal help!

Mr.McCulloch is a phenomenal attorney to have. He is known for his extensive knowledge as a criminal trial and appeals lawyer. My family is very fortunate to have found Mark after interviewing many lawyers to find the best of the BEST! It was the greatest and most wise decision we could have ever made. He is highly motivated and extremely talented in his line of work. He has been working extensively on my father’s case and we could not be more pleased with an attorney. He has a broad knowledge of many areas of law and will fight for you like you’re his own family. There is no doubt without Mr.McCulloch’s guidance and representation we would not be where we are at today. Our case is still ongoing but we know that the best possible outcome will be achieved with having Mr.McCulloch as our defense attorney. My family and I cannot thank Mark enough for all his hard work and dedication to our case. He will fight for you deligently in and out of the courtroom. Many lawyers promise results, Mr.McCulloch delivers them and will go above and beyond for you.

Working with Sanchez and Brown was an incredible experience. Both attorneys were so quick to help answer questions about my case while being so kind and understanding. Going through a traumatic experience with a car accident was no easy task however attorney Brown was very patient with me and understanding. My case was settled in a timely manner and I am so happy to have a resolution. Thank you to both attorneys, Marisol and Morgan for all of the help throughout this process. I will absolutely recommend this law firm to anyone I know. 🙂

  2. How do you charge for your services, and what are the estimated costs?
Understand the fee structure, including hourly rates, flat fees, retainer fees, and any additional expenses.
  3. Who will be handling my case?
Find out if the lawyer will handle your case personally or delegate tasks to other attorneys or paralegals.
  4. What is your approach to resolving cases like mine?
Learn about their strategy, whether they prefer negotiation, mediation, or litigation.
  5. What potential outcomes can I expect?
While no lawyer can guarantee results, they can provide an assessment of possible scenarios based on their experience.

Can a Lawyer Represent Me in Courts Outside of Altamonte Springs, Florida?

Whether a lawyer can represent you in courts outside of your city or state depends on their licensure and the jurisdiction of the court:

  • Within the Same State:
Lawyers licensed in a particular state can typically practice anywhere within that state, including all cities and counties. They can represent you in both state and federal courts located in that state.
  • Outside of Their Licensed State:
If your case is in a different state, the lawyer must be licensed in that state to represent you. However, there are exceptions:
    • Pro Hac Vice Admission: An out-of-state lawyer can request special permission to represent a client in a specific case in another state. This requires filing a motion with the court and often working in conjunction with a local attorney.
    • Federal Courts: If your case is in federal court, a lawyer licensed in any state may be able to represent you, provided they are admitted to practice in that particular federal court.
  • International Representation:
For cases outside the United States, different rules apply, and the lawyer may need to comply with the foreign country's legal requirements or collaborate with local counsel.

It's important to discuss your specific situation with the lawyer to determine if they can represent you in the desired jurisdiction and what steps may be necessary to do so.

How to Check the Credibility of a Lawyer

Before hiring a lawyer, it's crucial to verify their credibility and ensure they're qualified to handle your case:

  • Verify Their License:
Check with your state's bar association to confirm the lawyer is licensed and in good standing. Most state bar websites have an online directory for this purpose.
  • Experience and Specialization:
Ensure the lawyer specializes in the area of law relevant to your case. Review their website, professional profiles, and case history.
  • Disciplinary Record:
Look up any history of disciplinary actions or complaints through the state bar association's records.
  • Client Reviews and Testimonials:
Read reviews on legal directories like Avvo, Martindale-Hubbell, Google, or Yelp to gauge client satisfaction and experiences.
  • Professional Memberships:
Membership in professional organizations or specialty bar associations can indicate a commitment to their field and adherence to high ethical standards.
  • Awards and Recognitions:
Honors from reputable organizations reflect expertise and a positive reputation in the legal community.
  • Consultation Assessment:
Use the initial consultation to evaluate their communication skills, responsiveness, and willingness to address your concerns.
  • Ask for References:
A credible lawyer should be willing to provide references from past clients who can speak to their abilities and professionalism.

What Should I Prepare for My First Consultation?

To make the most of your initial meeting with a lawyer, come prepared with:

  • Relevant Documents:
Bring all documents related to your case, such as:
    • Contracts or agreements
    • Correspondence (emails, letters, texts)
    • Legal notices or court papers
    • Financial records (if applicable)
    • Evidence (photos, videos, receipts)
  • Written Summary:
Prepare a concise written summary of your situation, including key dates, events, and parties involved. This helps the lawyer quickly understand the context.
  • List of Questions:
Write down any questions you have about your case, the legal process, fees, or the lawyer's experience.
  • Financial Information:
If your case involves financial matters, bring relevant documents like pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, or invoices.
  • Contact Information:
Provide details of any witnesses or other parties relevant to your case, including their names and contact information.
  • Personal Identification:
Bring a valid photo ID for verification purposes.
  • Pen and Notebook:
Take notes during the consultation to remember important points discussed.
  • Budget Constraints:
Be ready to discuss your budget and any financial limitations so the lawyer can provide appropriate guidance on fees and payment options.
  • Openness and Honesty:
Be prepared to discuss your case candidly. Full disclosure allows the lawyer to give accurate advice and anticipate potential challenges.
