Overall, they handled my case well. However, there seems to be a communication issue within the company. Therefore, you should state your case very clearly to Steven D. Kramer, and make sure you are in the same page with them before you acquire their services

I hired Mr. Bark on a DUI charge. He immediately identified nuanced issues in my case which made a difference.
