Attorney Chaban and his entire staff have been absolutely amazing. They have gone far above and beyond for me and my case. They answered countless questions I have had and the attorney always showed up on time and prepared for my appointments/ hearings. The attorney was articulate, quick on his feet, and was extremely realistic when it came to my case. As hard as it was to hear at times. I can't say thank you enough to Attorney Chaban and his staff. I've shed many tears, but ultimately the laughs and reassurances with them have helped outweigh the tough times. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU guys. I always felt prepared for the hearings/ mediation. Attorney Chaban even went as far as to draw out a map of the court house to ensure I went to the right court room. I'm telling you, you will feel prepared going into things and it really helped alleviate some stress and anxiety!

Save your kids, and your money! First and foremost all the reviews on here are from either employees (Ashley is the Mrs. Chaban’s Assistant) or their friends. I provided Mrs. Chaban with so much evidence and little to non was utilized at the trial. I do understand this is her first year practicing but I wish she would have just been honest that she wasn’t prepared for a case of this magnitude. I was given less that 40% time sharing due to her negligence. I spoke more to her assistant Ashley and that is literally who prepared my case for trial she does not have any legal certification. Save your money and get someone with the proper experience.
