I was fighting for custody of my 17 year old son because my mother was trying to get custody because she's child hearted and vindictive... I was a single mom to my son his whole life... My mother already brought me to court for the same thing, just did it a different way... I won the first 2 cases... Mathew came to court totally unprepared and I sat in that court room for hours listening to my mother flat out life to judge about almost everything that came out of her mouth... It was like my mother and the judge were having a tea party and he couldn't stop it... In my opinion, if you don't want to lose custody of your child, I would definitely find another attorney!!!
