I am beyond satisfied with the firm. The professionalism is top-notch. You are constantly updated on how your case is going and can always speak to someone who can help you should you have any concerns even during a pandemic. I always knew what to expect next and was given realistic expectations. This was truly a smooth and stress-free process. I have been spreading the word to family and friends even prior to my case being settled. Best decision I've made was to hire this firm.

I was introduced to to Alan Neufeld over 25 years ago when I fell down the stairs. I knew nothing about a personal injury lawyer?? Mr. Neufeld himself made sure that I was well taken care of from having surgery to going through my therapy and most important representing me as my lawyer. He did an amazing job getting in getting me what I was entitled to. I have never forgotten Mr. Neufeld and because of his honesty and great work ethics, I've even referred several potential clients to him. I personally know and have had the best experience with my personal friend and his family and firm when I was in an accident on Stirling road which changed my life for the better. Mr. Neufeld and his firm fought countless hours for myself and had unwavering in myself as I did in him and his firm and family. I would and have recommended him to my own family and friends and would do the same at anytime for anyone that I know and do not know. So if by any chance you are reading this review, I am very honest and passionate in my words when I speak and type. He won my case for me which made the news papers as a hate crime against myself and 3 of my best friends and family which allowed me to purchase my first house in Lauderhill Florida, where I raised my son and also got married in over 20 years ago. I will always believe in him, his firm and his family with every bit of my belief and faith. Today is sunday January 26, 2020 and I would recommend him and his firm to anyone that I know and don't know. This is a true testimony to faith and loyalty to those who are blessings in your life, god has no coincidences in life and I believe in him and always will. Alan Neufled is a very knowledge, trial attorney. When I consulted with him, he provided a lot of insights and went over all of the steps for my case. He is very kind and smart. I definitely recommend him for any injury case!!

Working with this law firm has yet to be one of the worst experiences ever! Not understanding how are you to represent a client without any response neither by phone or email whenever necessary. We understand lawyers can be busy but DAMN!! At this point the attorney have worked against their client simply by having them feel disregarded. Pure disrespect. I don't enjoy playing hide and seek. I speak with the receptionist more than the attorney! !!!
