They were very nice on the phone but ultimately turned down my business because they were "too busy" at the moment, leaving me in a real stressful bind with an IRS audit.
If they were "too busy" then they should have told me initially before I opened up a case with ARAG and had to wait another 48 hours to hear they were "too busy." Although not a client, my two star review is a fair enough reflection of my experiences with this business, who apparently will "reap what they sow" smh

Kia and her team were the most professional law team I’ve worked with yet. She took my probate case, which was a difficult one and took a few years, and finally closed it with gusto until the end. The probate battle ended with fairness and to my advantage. They stayed on top of the courts, court dates, deadlines, and an immense amount of paperwork flawlessly and with skill.
