I was referred to Marlyn by a family member. She handled the closing on his home & he was very happy with her service. I consulted her regarding a Title on property I co-own. I needed guidance regarding the sale of the property & she explained everything to me clearly & took her time doing so to make sure that I understood everything.

Marlyn Wiener is a lawyer who knows how to get it done - and get it done with skill and efficiently. MarIyn advised me a somewhat esoteric aspect of the Homestead act - and was able to clarify the matter and get to potential solutions very quickly. She was the third attorney I had spoken with on this topic, and essentially the only one with any working knowledge of my issue. She had a blueprint for resolution within minutes.
