We had a deadbeat customer that after many broken promises (and two bogus checks) had not paid their bill for a full year.
Mendy took immediate charge of the collection process, and the result was we were recently paid approx. 1/2 more than the original amount owed. We are very pleased, excellent service and great communication.

Mendy came in at the last linute for a closing that was going awry and took control of the situation with the new construction builder who wanted me to close on a property that was incomplete. I'm really glad that i hired Mendy and will definitely recommend him highly to my friends and family!
