Got a subpoena in the mail the Friday before Christmas to go to court. Needless to say I panicked so I found the Sutton Law form online called them during the holidays. They emailed me back during the holidays to reassure me that they could help me and that they would take care of things. Who does that ?Sutton Law firm does. Because of them I was able to have a decent Christmas . Deborah Sutton is absolutely the best. She is so knowledgeable when she tell you something you can believe in it. Also dealt with Taylor that is a PA at the law firm. What a wonderful person the whole crew there at Sutton Law firm will stand behind you. I cannot thank them enough.

Ms. Sutton’s work on my contested divorce was outstanding and very well organized to establish a clear path to get to the end quickly. She is fabulous in the courtroom and presents your case clearly and precisely to the judge for rulings. Ms. Sutton’s staff Taylor and Shari put long hours in getting all of the financial information in order to aid Ms. Sutton in all the hearings and mediation. Taylor and Shari at times were sometimes overwhelming with requests but we were all able to reach our goals together. I was a client of the Sutton Law Firm and Ms Sutton for almost a year beginning in November of 2022. I have waited to write this because I didn't want my review to be based on emotions or anything other than the facts surrounding my experience with this Law Firm. I reached out to Ms Sutton after extensive research, knowing that the fight for the custody and care of my daughter would likely be the most important issue that I would ever face. After meeting and speaking with Ms Sutton I immediately paid a large retainer fee and hired the Sutton law firm to help me take on this fight, thinking that I had finally found a great team who truly cared about my situation and had a sincere interest in making sure that I would be able to be a part of my daughter's life. Unfortunately I could not have been more wrong in my assessment. I was the victim of continued domestic violence with my child's mother which led me to having to leave my own home to keep my daughter as safe and far away from any violence as possible and also led to her mother being convicted of serious violent felony charges for which I was the victim and she received 2 years of house arrest followed by 5 years of felony probation. After my retainer fee, I went on to pay the Sutton Law Firm almost $30,000 in my fight to gain custody of my daughter and keep her safe. This was literally my entire life savings at that time and I informed Ms Sutton of this fact many times throughout my case. Unfortunately instead of using my funds carefully, all of my savings were burned through in a matter of months on frivolous litigation instead of being used to bring the facts of the dangerous situation that my daughter was stuck living in to the courts attention despite repeated requests made by me to do so. So after months of fighting and spending my entire savings with this Law Firm, my 2 year old daughter ended up in the custody of her violent mother, locked away on house arrest like she was some criminal. And I was left completely financially drained, with only 4 hours of visitation a week with my daughter, and as soon as my funds dried up Ms Sutton withdrew from my case and let all pending litigation that I had paid for to be completely dropped and dismissed by the courts because all my funds had been exhausted on useless motions instead of dealing with the most important issue of my daughter being stuck with a convicted violent felon in an extremely unsafe environment. With all of this it's very hard for me to believe that this Law firm ever truly placed mine or my daughter's best interests above their desire to file countless useless and time wasting motions to make sure that they had some reason to add thousands of dollars to my bill every month. After I spent all my savings of almost $30,000 and was still left with an owed balance of over $9,000, my daughter is left in a more dangerous situation than ever while I have no options left to keep my baby girl safe òr even be there for her for more than 4 hours a week. I had very high expectations with this Law Firm and unfortunately it appears that my money was more important to them than my daughter's well-being.

From the start and all the way through to the end, Ms. Sutton and her team were very professional, kind, compassionate and genuine. Ms. Sutton has the knowledge of the laws and and she is fearless on getting you everything that you have a legal right to.
