I got to tell you, Ive never been in trouble with the law and everything to me was seeing really difficult but honestly, once I hired Mr. Averbuck and spoke to him, I felt more at ease and like I was seeing light at the end of the tunnel I thought I was going to lose my family but thanks to him, I’m with my family and before Christmas like he promise! excellent lawyer, I highly recommend him.

Philip Averbuck was my lawyer for criminal charges that consisted of a felony and several misdemeanors. He was very thorough when he discussed the case with me and wrote down the details from my perspective and carefully read the police report. What impressed me was how Mr. Averbuck looked at my case from all angles, was able to find out what actually happened, and provided evidence for this to the judge. Mr. Averbuck is very articulate and presented himself well in court. I highly recommend Mr. Averbuck to anyone with criminal charges. Not only is Mr. Averbuck an outstanding lawyer, but his office staff is very helpful and keeps his clients informed of their case proceedings.

Mr. Averbuck defended me in two criminal cases. He was able to get me into the Misdemeanor diversion program, which I completed and the prosecutor dropped charges. I appreciate him and his legal assistant very much.

After consulting with numerous attorneys I called Mr. Averbuck's office and had a consult with him and there was no need look any further. Yes, Mr. Averbuck was a bit more money than other attorneys in the area but you really do get what you pay for and we hired him. This is what I can say my husband who violated his probation received less punishment with Mr. Averbucks representation and the other guy arrested with no criminal record who was arrested with my husband is still waiting for resolution.
