John took my case and made miracles happen I was expecting the worst outcome and the best came though now I can live my life and not worry about what could have happened if hands down hire him again if needed

I spoke to a couple of lawyers before I spoke to Mr. Liguori, both Lawyers told me that I was seeking jail time for my very rear case. when I called the office, I spoke to Maria she was very pleasant took my information and told me that she would pass it to Mr. Liguori, he called me the very next day, he took the time to listen to my story explained to me what could happen and what he could do to help. I knew deep down I needed a very strong lawyer. I had a great feeling about him, So I immediately hired him. I was being charged with a D.U.I. 3rd offence, I wasn't driving I never got pulled over I went to the scene where my son got pulled over to help him, and that’s where I got arrested, and my son as well. The state wanted to take my license for 10 years and spend weekends in jail. not going to lie I was scared; my life was in my lawyers’ hands. after a couple of continuance, he was able to negotiate a lesser charge with the state. Mr. Liguori was able to help keep my license and not do any jail time. that was my two main things that I was very worried about, and Mr. Liguori was able to turn a bad situation into a GREAT situation. I was very pleased of the outcome and there are not enough words to Thank him. From start to finish I had a great experience even in the middle of things and I had to call or email Maria about anything she was always there to help and very quick on getting back with me. I’m a 46 yo male that had my 1st arrest with a DUI. I didn’t know anything about the legal system at all & was scared to say the least. John & Maria made a 2 year case that was drawn out because covid seem practically worry free. I'm going to put it bluntly and straight Polk County is corrupt evil judicial system John Liguori is your best guardian angel he's not hugged and laughed at and Pat it on the back by the prosecutors like some lawyers who are afraid to risk their career in Polk County John set standards John creates new statues for laws that benefits the standard citizen I've seen it on his wall sure he wants his money because he works damn hard for it and you cannot put a price on freedom that's not to say he won't work with you John ever need me for anything I'm there

John Liguori represented me when I was accused of a very serious crime. I was absolutely terrified realizing that the work of my entire life could be swept away with the conviction of this crime. John took my case, gave me clear, specific actions to do that would help the case, and proceeded to work in my favor. I was charged with twenty-five (25) counts of Sexual Battery and was facing life in prison. I talked with several lawyers I found on the internet. All who said they were experts in criminal defense. Mr. John Liguori is the Criminal defense Atty that I hired to defend me against some accusations that would have sent me away for along time. I hired 3 other very well known and highly recommended attys before Mr Liguori was recommended to me. After calling him and speaking to him about my case, and agreeing on a very reasonable fee for the charges, he was hired to represent me. It should be noted that the previous 3 attorneys, after paying them a total of 35,000 dollars threw in the towel and told me they couldn't help me. Not this guy. He fought for me, he listened to me, and he truly represented me like no other attorneys did or could. Mr Liguoris' courtroom demeanor is very strong. His questioning of witnesses is unheralded. Earlier in this post I mentioned that Mr Liguori was recommended to me. About the persons' case that told me to "go talk to John". Well he had a DUI number 3 and several other driving charges.
