Mr. Sierra handled a difficult case with a local (Miami) shipper with a shipment from Argentina. The shipper or his agent failed to clear the shipment in a timely manner, causing excessive fines and storage costs. Mr. Sierra handled every stage of my lawsuit with the shipping company, and negotiated a fair settlement for me. I had a Lawsuit filed against me from a major car rental company and I contacted several attorneys in the state of Florida and all kept telling me the same thing and that was to settle. I contacted Rich and he gave me so much information without me even hiring him. He told me he was going to fight the case and not settle.
