My company hired Andy's firm on a rush basis to work on some complex litigation and assistance with depositions. Andy and his associates jumped in and quickly got up to speed. We had thoughtful representation on several matters. They are very competent and thorough.

So very disappointed with the services of this company. Never having gone through a harsh partnership breakup with a lawsuit against him on his hands, my husband was desperate to find a good attorney. This guy was more expensive than everybody else, seemed professional. So we thought of this as you have to pay more for the quality.... Boy, were we wrong! many thousand dollars later nothing have been resolved , its clear a lot of things were done with mistakes, half fast and unnecessary. Our initial 7500 retainer was gone with a blink of an eye.. What really was shocking is to see the bill for unsuccessful mediation $970 per hour for 6 hours of mediation (total of$5580) for 2 lawyers, where one of them mostly was on a phone answering emails from office and other clients! With the bill rising rapidly and no results, on May 2nd my husband hand delivered another 5K check to Andrew's office and simply said he wants to discuss some of the things on the invoice AND that he will pay the balance within 60 days, as per contract between them... Seeing everything in more clear light, within a week my husband found another attorney, who contacted Andrew to change the council. In a matter of hours Andrew had put liens and filled some other stuff with court !!!!! against my husband!!!! How ridiculous is that!!!! HORRIBLE !!! NOT PROFESSIONAL !! RUDE!!!! Attorney's job is to help, not to make things more complicated. We feel that the only good job he did great is draining us out to the maximum !
