Doreen, Gigi, Richie, and Meera displayed such lack or compassion, understanding, intelligence, and commitment that it is beyond me how they manage to serve anyone with competency. I hired them for a simple modification filing, and they failed to serve the other side, and opposing counsel. They then claimed that their fee didn't including serving the other side, and that it would need to be done by me individually. When they were served by opposing counsel for contempt, they quickly got out of the case and offered to work with me on a consulting basis. Richie got involved and provided completely baseless legal advice - because he failed to fully read the entire divorce decree. When I caught his error and presented it to him, he acknowledged being wrong just before sending me a bill for his time. When I attempted to fight the bill, I was forced to prove that he completely wasted my time and money. And in the end, they never responded to any personal outreach to try to re-engage or rectify the situation. I had to hire another attorney to clean up their mess. I am sure that Doreen will reply here as she has for every other negative review. So yes Doreen - I am sure that you are right and that I am wrong. I am sure that you fulfilled your agreements and did exactly what you said that you would. Bottom line is that your team failed to do the most basic thing in filling for a modification - serving the other side. You can say anything that you want to that...the facts speak for themselves. I was charged 3K to have a junior associate spend 30 min with me and fill out a form that she has probably done a thousand times. She couldn't have spent more than an hour on it. And knowing the way that junior associates get paid in family law (about $50-75 per hour at best), they made off the winners here for sure. Oh, and the associate made numerous errors in the filing - for example, failing to state when the modification should go into effect...it was literally a sentence that trailed off and was incomplete. It would be funny if it wasn't a court filing on my behalf. Maybe that's why the other side was never served? My attorney would have been laughed at if they did actually serve the other attorney. There are better attorneys. Reply to the Yaffa reply from 1/19/23… I wrote my review for your firm prior to your work with me being completed. I did this because you asked me to do so. But in truth, the work still isn’t complete. You have not served the opposing side. And the motion that you filed with the courts contains in complete sentences and errors. I brought this to the attention of your team, and nothing was done about it. So if you think that using a very junior associate to take a templated modification for child support, make a few minor changes to it which contained mistakes is sufficient for how you care for your clients than I applaud the job that you appear to think that you did very well. If instead, you wish to provide your clients with appropriate and effective representation in the Florida legal system, I think that you still have a ways to go. I too wish you well. I wish your firm success. I wish your clients success. I wish that you do well with your motions, your hearings, and I hope that you win. You didn’t win for me, and from the evidence of how you filed the motion on my behalf you didn’t even try to win. For $3000 to file a simple modification of child support, I expect a lot more.

Exceptional. Never one time did I have to call and find out what was going on. Chloe and Carlene walked me through everything and called me on regular basis to keep me abreast of progress. They definitely care about their clients, and it is shows in their professionalism and courtesy. I will recommend them right off the bat to anyone who needs an attorney.
